I went to Vermette by recommendation after my car accident. When I say that Steve and his team went above and beyond, I absolutely mean it. I don't even have the words to express how happy I was with my experience with them. They made an almost impossible repair to my car. My car came back to me looking Brand new! I was blown away and speechless when I saw my car after the repair. Not to mention the surprise detailing they did to the inside of my car! Blown away! I brought my 2017 Toyota tundra to Vermette auto body after we were rear ended. Hertz rental car service drop the vehicle off on site at Vermette auto. The rental car was absolutely filthy, and needed an oil change, and the tire pressure was low. Vermette cleaned the rental car and added air to the tires that were low on pressure. Which was not their responsibility. Then when I return to pick up my vehicle once the repair was complete. Not only did they complete all the work described on the insurance claim, but they went above and beyond by detailing my truck top to bottom and painting the running bars which had nothing to do with the accident had no charge. Unbelievable Service highly recommend going to Vermette autobody for all your collision needs. read more

I was rear ended & I had to have my rear bumper & hatch replaced. I was referred to Vermette from another person. After the insurance was all set, I called & made an appointment with them. They saw the damage & ordered the parts that were needed. When that was all set they called me & got my car in to be fixed. They did all of the foot work for my rental. They were very easy to deal with & pleasant. Did an awesome job on our car! Very pleased!! read more

Vermette Auto Body - Rear end of my car. - Body Shops Near Me - Feeding Hills, Massachusetts

I am the second person in my family to have service done by Vermette, and I have to say this crew delivers on all fronts. Within minutes of setting up my car for an appointment with Liberty Mutual, they called and were super thorough and helpful. I have a pretty busy schedule as a local musician who works an office 8-5, and they were very accommodating to my time restraints. Going in for the first time was a far cry from any corporate owned shops, and I felt right at home. Steve and his team were super friendly, helpful, and efficient; I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and this was the case for each of the 3 times I needed to stop in. They went above and beyond on my bumper repair, and my car looked as new as the day I bought it when I picked it back up. Easily the best shop in Western Mass, which they have proven to my family twice now. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know, and I hope to see their business flourish now and in the years to come. Thank you Vermette! read more

Steve and Candy were great to deal with. My car was rear ended in November. When I called the first thing I was asked by Candy and by Steve "Is everyone ok?" We picked up my car today and it looks brand new! Thank you Steve and Brandy. read more

I had a small dent in my back hatch to my Hyundai Kona. I was nervous dealing with auto body shops because friends have told me horror stories on several in the area. My girlfriend previously had work done on her cars in the past and couldn't recommend them highly enough!! She was right about Vermette Auto Body. The entire experience was easy and pretty painless! Steve is great and very respectful to the customers concerns and needs. Honestly, if you need Auto body work done DO NOT hesitate to bring it to Vermette!! I guarantee you will be glad you did!!! I know I am!!!! Thanks guys and girls, Daniel Kelley read more

We recently used Vermette Auto Body after a driveway mishap resulting in some bumper damage to a family member's newish car. My friend recommended Vermette as they matched her specialty paint color perfectly & she was very pleased with her repair results. We had the same experience! Their initial estimate did not give me a heart attack (as I think it would have at a dealership's collision shop), and the final price came in lower than the estimate! Everyone was kind and great to work with and the car was immaculate when we picked it up-washed, vacuumed & dusted! It's always great to know of a quality, trustworthy auto body shop for ourselves or to recommend, & we definitely were referred to a gem! read more

My wife and I have needed the services of these fine folks more than once. Whether it has been an insurance claim or out-of-pocket work, Vermette has always done superb, timely repairs. Most recently, my wife had an "issue" involving her rear passenger door. Steve offered a quote and gave us an appointment within days. The job was able to get done under the estimate because rather than repairing the door, they found another door and repainted and replaced it, saving mucho dinero (and it was done in three days!). We would never use nor recommend any other auto body repair than Vermette. read more

Look no further! Vermette Auto Body will restore your vehicle to original condition. My dream car was struck while parked far away in from everyone else in what I thought was a safe spot. Vermette was recommended by my Insurance Company so I called and Steve took me right in. He assed the damage and assured me that the paint could be matched. Being very curvy with a tri coat paint, I didn't have much faith but when I picked up my vehicle today, there was no evidence of the damage. None. I'm a type A individual with strong attention to detail but I cannot locate the repair and I'm glad for it! It looks like a brand new door. Best money I've spent since I bought the car. All employees were a pleasure to deal with and they even cleaned my interior windows and vacuumed my car! I highly recommend them! read more

I would give Vermette 100 stars! My first experience with them was last year when someone dented the door of my Jeep. They did a superb job of matching the paint and making the door look flawless. My 2nd experience was in reference to decals. They applied the decals we provided to them flawlessly. There are not a lot of "awesome" body shops in the area, so when you connect with one, stick with them. While our two jobs were minimal, so to speak, they excelled from the beginning. They have a superb customer service, which in this day and ages speaks volumes. Highly recommend!!! read more

Vermette was thorough and clear throughout 100% of the process. I knew exactly how much my repair would cost and how long it would take! My car looks better than new on the exterior and even the inside was spotless! Outstanding service start to finish! read more

I highly recommend utilizing Vermette for your auto body needs. This was my second time using them for auto body, they did all the work of getting in touch with my insurance company for appraisal of damages and reappraisal. They also contacted the car rental company and a car was waiting for me when I dropped off mine. They made it so easy! When I picked up my car it looked better then when I purchased it, both inside and out. I was very impressed with the quality of their work! read more

I highly recommend Vermette Auto Body - we owned a truck that had a lot of damage from a tree landing on the hood. They did a fantastic job of fixing everything to the point that the truck looked "brand new"! They were highly professional & offered quick and excellent customer service! read more

We have used this place previously for some major damage on our Sante Fe, excellent results that time, so we came back after the same car got rear-ended,, again. Glad we did, they did another great job of repairing, matching color, and overall excellent service. Definitely recommend anyone who needs Any kind of body work in the entire Springfield area. You will be glad you did. Great knowledge of both repairing, and also of working with the insurance company. They also got us a loaner from Enterprise. Very personable, caring, and understanding when it come to dealing with customers. Again, THIS IS THE PLACE to go. Thank you, Charlie P. from Agawam read more

These guys are great--my car was totaled by the insurance company, but when trying to find a car with all my options, low mileage I couldn't find one for the amount the insurance company was willing to offer. So, I purchased the car from the insurance company and decided to have it fixed. From the first moment I met Steve Spencer I knew he was a very honest person and would not steer me in the wrong direction. Steve told me he had the best frame man in the area and he was correct. The car came out perfect, and I mean perfect. This car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Very happy with Vermette and would recommend them highly Chad, read more

I recently had some body work done on my Explorer and I just want to acknowledge how professional and courteous everyone at Vermette Auto Body was. Not only was the work done to perfection, they had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped the suv off. They also painstakingly went through the troubleshooting process to repair one small electronic feature that the repair process reset (and at their own expense). Absolutely great people to deal with. read more

I was recommended here by my ensurance and I couldn't be any happier with the service provided by the Owner and the staff. Very friendly staff and always willing to best accommodate their customers. We recently brought our car to Vermette to have a bumper replaced after an accident. Vermette was willing to work with our tight schedule and get us in. They were very professional and courteous, calling to give us a progress report on the work being done. During the repairs, the insurance had to be contacted, and Vermette was great during the process. When we picked up the car, it was the cleanest its been in years, inside and out! That was a great, unexpected surprise! Highly recommended! read more

Brought my car that got banged up pretty badly in a nasty fender bender, and it came back as good as new. They were incredibly accessible and completely frank. Every call I made was picked up. Every question I had was answered. I don't make a habit of regularly doing business with body shops, as I try to avoid accidents, but the next time any vehicle I possess needs body work, I'm bringing it to Vermette Auto Body. read more

My dad recently got into a fender-bender when he was here visiting from Texas, and the car needed to be repaired here in Mass before driving it back to Texas. Steve at Vermette was absolutely great helping us to accomplish this, working with both me and my dad, long-distance insurance reps, and all the other associated logistics. The car looks wonderful, just like new, and was detailed in top shape both inside and out when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Vermette Auto (and I have!) without hesitation. Great customer service and top-quality repairs. read more

I brought my car in to get my rear bumper replaced due to an accident on my Nissan Rogue. The accident happen in the winter time but I waited until the weather warmed up to get is fixed. I met with Steve to give an estimate and the first thing he wanted to know was if insurance was going to cover it which made me feel a little uneasy. He gave me an estimate of $1300 and I decided to let them fix the car. When they took off the bumper they noticed more damage and needed to get approval from my insurance company which delayed the process. The new cost to fix the bumper was close to $2000. When I went to pick up my car it looked good so I was happy. Shortly after I noticed a gap between the bumper and the body of the car. I brought the car back and they said they knew what is was and they had to order some clips to fix the issue. When the parts came in I brought the car in again to have it fixed. They did not fix the problem. I had to bring the car back 2 more times for them to correct the issue. It was a very frustrating process. They are not a certified Nissan Certified Collision repair shop so I would avoid them if you own a Nissan. read more
