I was told I needed repairs that cost more than the car itself if I was to get it in good enough condition to drive it on the highway (issues that didn't exist) and had one mechanic say he wouldn't work on my car because of rust. These guys got it done and they got it done faster than anyone else said they would be able to.. for cheaper. I went back after I tried to get an alignment and was told I needed my ball joint and something else changed and was told I had to wait a week. I called them, brought it the next day and they told me that it wasn't the ball joint found the problem and fixed it and aligned my car that day. great service I highly recommend!

I also had a text message from a master mechanic that stated what the problem possibly was. The owner, Lee, didn't want to hear anything from me when I dropped the car off. I tried to tell him that it was probably the TCM (all internal transmission work). After he called me to come get my car (approx 40 mins) I asked him how much it would be to fix the problem. He stated he does not do anything to do with internal transmission work? Why take the car when that's the problem? If he had listened to me in the first place I would have not had to pay $100 for him to tell me what I all ready knew. They are quick to shut you up and steal your money for nothing! I arrived at 10:45 a.m. this morning for a state inspection at Brad's, which lists its hours as…read moreopen until noon on both its website and on the service door entrance. There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.
