Our teenage daughter purchased her first car 6 months ago...her pride and joy! :) It was smacked pretty good in a parking lot recently and as you can imagine, lots of tears were shed. We promised our daughter her car could be fixed and would look good as new. We knew from previous experiences that Olender's would help us deliver on that promise and get the job done! They did not disappoint! From our initial call to Tammy, right through to the pick up just one week later, our experience was fantastic! Olender's worked with the the insurance company to be sure the repair was done correctly and advocated for newer parts where necessary. Absolutely hassle free on our end. I wish I captured the look of excitement on our daughter's face when she saw the magic Olender's worked with her car. Thank you Tammy, Jeff and crew for making good on our promise to our daughter. She's thrilled! We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service and outcome! Job Well Done! read more

I just had another excellent experience with Olenders, in East Windsor. They did a superb job replacing my rear bumper, following my car being rear-ended. They have always treated me very well. They are efficient, and do great work. Their customer service is excellent. Two years ago, I hit an animal, and they replaced the front end of my car. I've been having a little problem with a part of the lower grill, and they replaced it for free, while the car was in the shop for this other repair. I love that I can pick up my rental car at their shop, and return it there when my car repairs are done. They go above and beyond with their service - a nice surprise with this repair - they cleaned and vacuumed my car, while it was in the shop! I really appreciate these guys, and I highly recommend them, if you need repair work done on your car! read more

I am SO glad I went with Olender's for my car repair! Another body shop was closer to me but the experience with Olender's was far better from the very first phone call. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. They walked me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. And their expertise shines in the work they did for me - you would never know my car got hit. Now, I had been planning to have my car detailed once the body work was done, because it's been through a lot and deserves a little love, right? Well Olender's DID THAT TOO. My car not only has a brand new rear bumper, it was washed and waxed, sparkling clean and fresh inside and out! I was blown away! I hope I don't need their services in the future, but I highly recommend them to anyone who does! read more

Simply amazing service. They were all very kind and understanding. Explained everything throughly, and even helped with insurance issues. Took my car in right away. They kept in contact with me giving me updates letting me know how it was going and when it was finished. Everyone there was very friendly. They have great relationship with Enterprise car rental which made it all that much more convenient. I had other choices through my insurance but I am so happy that I went with them. I understand now why they have a well deserved and well known reputation as an expert on collision repair. It is stressful enough being in an accident. Having them take care of my car made it a lot easier to deal with everything else. read more

I took my car for pretty extensive body work. It took about a week. Everyone was great and the work was excellent. The staff was courteous, respectful and made the entire process completely hassle free! I was so upset because I bought my car only about 6 months ago and someone hit it while it was parked. The staff at Olenders were so understanding and helpful. While I'm not hoping for more reasons to get my car repaired again, if I ever needed to, I would return to Olenders in a heartbeat! Could not have asked for a better experience. They even handled my rental return right at the shop (so easy with Enterprise)! Really nice people who do great work. read more

The staff and service here were great! I mainly dealt with Tony for my repairs, but everyone I encountered here was awesome. They got my car repaired in 3 days and it looks brand new, you can't tell there was any damage to it at all! They even cleaned it all up for me so I had a nice, sparkling clean car to come pick up once it was done. I highly recommend Oldender's, they made the whole process of dealing with the insurance company, getting my car fixed, and getting a rental car extremely easy! This whole process was something I was dreading, but they made it so easy that I will definitely come back if needed! read more

in 2006 (11 years ago!) I had some beautiful repairs done to my truck at Olender's after an accident, but over the last couple years the clear coat on my paint began to blister and peal. I held off asking if could be re-done because it was ELEVIN YEARS AGO! but when I walked in and explained what happened, David shook my hand and without skipping a beat said I would be taken care of, no charge. after a week in the shop I got my old boy back and man-o-man is he gorgeous!!!! What a fantastic job, I could not be more pleased with the work and the friendly service. Thank you so much to David and his team. read more

My husband and daughter were in a car accident out of state. The silver lining in all of this was Olenders body shop. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, honest and reassuring. They dealt directly with the insurance company sparing us that stress. Olenders had arranged a rental car that was waiting when we arrived. The mechanical and body work that was done was flawless. The service was fast and extremely thorough. This is by far the best place to go for auto body repairs. Thank you Olenders of Enfield, keep up the the great work! Your commitment to getting the job done right is commendable. read more

I have a Mercedes Benz that was recently damaged by a lady who bashed into it, while it was parked. The damage looked bad, and I didn't know if it would ever be the same. I am happy to report that they did a fantastic job repairing it, and it looks just like new again. I dropped it off Monday morning and it was all done by Wednesday, cleaned and detailed. Mick was an absolute pleasure to deal with, with loaners available or a ride to get another car if I needed it. I'm super pleased with the results and quick turn around. Highly recommended, this is how a body shop experience should be. read more

Great shop with very friendly and down to earth professionals! I got side swiped at an intersection recently and took my car to Olender's the day after it happened. I called ahead, spoke to Mick, and he came out as soon as I showed up. After taking a look at the paint damage, he motioned me over to one of the car bays and had one of his guys take a buffing wheel to my car. Within 15 minutes he got 95% of the scratches out. You can barely even tell now. The guy even gave me a few pointers on how to take care of car paint in the future. Would definitely recommend these guys!!! read more

Unfortunately, I have had to have work done on two different cars due to accidents over the past 18 months, BUT fortunately I found Olenders of Enfield!! In both cases, they were EXCELLENT from start to finish, including coordinating with insurance company claims rep, scheduling the repairs, arranging for a rental vehicle through the Enterprise location on site, and completing the work on time and as estimated. I cannot stress enough how polite and professional they are to deal with and I have since recommended several people to this outstanding business! read more

My daughter's car had been side swiped by an unknown person. I contacted our insurance company and the adjustor came out and to repair the damage was a little over 1K. I called Olenders and spoke with Mack, he asked to have us bring the car in and the estimate. When we arrived he looked at the damage, asked if he could have one of the guys buff out the marks. They did this in a matter of less than 10 minutes, the damage was gone and I was able to cancel the claim. This was done free of charge! I am so very impressed. Thank you Olenders and Mack! read more

Jeff, David, Tom and the rest of the staff at Olender's are true professionals! My Ford F-150 truck looks better now than when I first bought it! No overspray areas, no mistakes, anywhere! They communicated w/when appropriate, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time my vehicle was in their possession! They also made a rental car for me very easy, they met me at their shop. I didn't have to go out of my way to rent a car. If you want true professional body work done on your vehicle, Olender's is the place! Trust me! read more

I had never had a car accident and was nervous on how to make arrangements, get a rental car through my insurance, etc. Olender's in East Windsor, CT took care of everything. When I brought my car in to be repaired, the rental car was waiting for me. My car was ready before the week was through. Thank you Jeff Olender and your staff for everything you did to get my car fixed and to be sure I had transportation while it was being fixed. The repair that was made is perfect, you can't tell there ever was any damage! read more

Everything about the experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and their work was unbeatable. They came highly recommended and anyone that asked where I was getting the work done had only great things to say. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me and made the process as painless as possible. They explained everything about the process and, since it was there during the snowstorm, kept me posted on any delays that may occur. Just can't say enough great things about it! read more

11/10 if i were to say, east windsor was busy but Columbia location had room to take my car in. Jeff picked my car up from east windsor and brought it out there as i didnt have time to take that trip. Did an amazing job on my car like I just bought it fresh out the factory, was fast, reliable and very enthusiastic. Made me feel comfortable with his positivity and has done nothing but an excellent job and couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Jeff for everything truly appreciate it read more

I was recently rear-ended and my bumper was completely smashed and half hanging off my car. Geico wanted me to bring it to Olenders for repair, it was towed there Sunday night. The repairs were completed Wednesday afternoon and I was able to pick it up promptly at 7:30 Thursday morning. It is been 2 weeks and I have had no follow-up problems, the repairs were complete and the car was washed and vacuumed. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of repairs. read more

My parents were in a car accident right before Christmas. Their car was towed to Olenders for repair. They picked up their car last week and it rides and looks better than ever. Olenders was the one piece of their accident that went smoothly and without stress. The attention to detail and care they took with my parents car was above and beyond. It was a pleasure working with them through this very stressful time. Thank you to David and Jeff Olender!! read more
