I came in with a water leak in my drivers side floorboard. They were nice and professional but didn't solve my problem and charged me almost $800. It rained and I saw the leak wasn't fix so I called them back. He told me it was probably the residual water from the tests they ran but if I wanted, I could bring my car back in for him to check it out. A week after dropping it off I asked how much longer it would be and they hadn't even touched my car yet. At that point I needed my car to get to work so I picked it up and didn't have the time or money to bring it in for a third time. They never pulled up the carpet to see the source of the leak... But $800, multiple uber rides and stress later I still very much have a leak every time it rains. Turns out it wasn't the residual water! read more

They did an amazing job fixing my car. Albeit expensive the cost was worth getting my car looking brand new. They were quick and super easy to work with. read more

I recently brought my son's vehicle to the Manchester location to get an estimate on some cosmetic repairs to the his vehicle. I was told, "If you have about 10 minutes, I will have our detail professional take a look." Ten minutes later, the car looked like new. No need for an estimate. World-class service and they earned my business in the future! read more

I really hope I don't need more bodywork done in the future, but if I do I'm 100% coming back to Vernon Collision. The whole process from estimate to picking up my vehicle was easy and effortless. I brought my Acura RDX here since VC is authorized to work on Acura and Honda. My car was hit when it was parked, so I had a huge dent/gash on my door and over my tire. VC worked with my insurance to get the work done on my car. Everyone I spoke with here was great, but Bob especially was fantastic. He called me and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car. My car is now good as new and you could never tell I had any work done to it. Thanks Vernon Collision! read more

I can't say enough positive things about Vernon Collision. I bring my vehicles to them for everything. The crew is always welcoming and positive. I would HIGHLY recommend them for both collision and every day maintenance. read more

My car was hit in January of this year and my front passenger side door was caved in. As a guaranteed repair shop for my insurance company, I had the repairs done at Vernon Collision. I can say without hesitation that I was very impressed and satisfied with the work that was done and the customer service through the entire process. Everything was explained in detail without being condescending. I was updated daily via email on the progress of the repairs. As I said the customer service was phenomenal... everyone there is so helpful and nice. The work they did on my car was impressive, looks brand new. I would definitely recommend. read more

This place has top notch service. I have had many experiences (all bad) with other body shops. The other places always tell you it will be done by X date and it's always another week or two. We came in on Wednesday 6/17 to get a quote for a chipped bumper on a 2020 pilot. The guy was quick and gave us a quote in 10 min and he said he could take our car in the next morning 6/18 and it would be ready by 6/19 close of business. Okay wow great. So we did our due diligence in getting two more quotes. One from T&J in East Hartford and Bolton Collision. Both places were more expensive. I am pleased to say the car was ready at 11am on 6/19. Looks beautiful and the amount paid was exactly what was quoted. Doesn't get any better read more

We are delighted customers and will use Vernon Collision for all three of our VW sedans and SUVs VC performed a detailed inspection and fixed our Touareg for very reasonable price. We came to VC after a VW dealership gave us a wrong diagnosis and a very costly repair estimate. Rob, Ed, and Jared were very courteous, professional and provided quick service. They kept us from beginning to the end in the loop and explained every step of the work. They saved us at least $2.5K. We're very happy to have found VC. Thanks for the hard work! read more

I've taken my car here 3 times now -- both for body work and for routine maintenance. Each time, they've done a STELLAR job. Not only do they do a great job on the work, they are extremely friendly and are able to get me in quick. Last time I dropped my Nissan off, I had to walk about a mile to get to the shop to pick my car up once it was fixed. I brought my dog with me (because I can't deprive him of a walk) and they welcomed him into the office and were super friendly to him. They always call with updates and call with the price before doing any work. I have been very impressed all three times I've taken my car here. Great work and good prices! read more
