I brought my Acura RDX here since VC is authorized to work on Acura and Honda. My car was hit when it was parked, so I had a huge dent/gash on my door and over my tire. VC worked with my insurance to get the work done on my car. Everyone I spoke with here was great, but Bob especially was fantastic. This place has top notch service. I have had many experiences (all bad) with other body shops. The other places always tell you it will be done by X date and it's always another week or two. We came in on Wednesday 6/17 to get a quote for a chipped bumper on a 2020 pilot. The guy was quick and gave us a quote in 10 min and he said he could take our car in the next morning 6/18 and it would be ready by 6/19 close of business. Okay wow great. So we did our due diligence in getting two more quotes. One from T&J in East Hartford and Bolton Collision. Both places were more expensive. I am pleased to say the car was ready at 11am on 6/19. Looks beautiful and the amount paid was exactly what was quoted. Doesn't get any better read more

I've taken my car here 3 times now -- both for body work and for routine maintenance. Each time, they've done a STELLAR job. Not only do they do a great job on the work, they are extremely friendly and are able to get me in quick. Last time I dropped my Nissan off, I had to walk about a mile to get to the shop to pick my car up once it was fixed. I brought my dog with me (because I can't deprive him of a walk) and they welcomed him into the office and were super friendly to him.
