I stopped in to Steben's on Monday (2/18/19). I had just got the front bumper of my SUV fixed elsewhere and it was a disaster. I stopped in and told Pauli about my dilemma and asked (just about begged) he help me out. He agreed with my opinion and even pointed out what the other place did wrong. The paint was still wet, they didn't use a hardener, and the most obvious issue was it did not match. It was 3 shades different than the rest of the car. Pauli was hesitant to work on the bumper since he knew the paint that was used on it was cheap. He was concerned he might not be able to salvage the bumper. Knowing I had just paid another place for my nightmare he worked on the price and promised me I'd leave content when I picked up the car. I went to pick up my car today and Pauli delivered! I'll rephrase that - Pauli went above and beyond. The bumper was fixed exactly as promised. The color was a perfect match! I would've been overjoyed if it ended there, but it didn't. They even cleaned the outside of the car and dressed the wheels. Did I leave a body shop or a detail shop?! Lol. If you need to get any body work done on your car don't think twice about it - Steben's is where you want to go. Dropped off car ('09 Audi A4) while away on vacation to get some deep scratches fixed. Day before I returned, the car was hit in their parking lot. 2 weeks later, I go to pick up the "fixed" car, the new damage was fixed, but the original damage was never touched. They proceded to act like that damage must have been pre-existing, until I reminded them that that was the damage they were supposed to have fixed originally. Nearly two weeks later, (6 weeks total), we were finally able to drive the car home. My wife drove the car for a week before the rear door handle fell off. Fed up with Stebens, we brought it to Audi dealer. Diagnosis - Steben didn't put the handle back on properly. Door needs to be taken apart again. Will NEVER go back to Stebens again. read more

They are the worst ever they lied to me they told me that they was going to fix my with a oem bmw window. They lied to me I notice some complications immediately after they were finish . I notice a piece of my stainless steel panel was sticking up the install it the wrong way. Then as I am driveing on road less than 20 min after my window shatters and goes everywhere. I would not recommend no one going there they are liars they put the wrong glass in my car being cheap . read more

Heard great things about Stebens. I had experienced an unfortunate accident that left my car in need of cosmetic external repair and internal repair caused by the accident and I just knew they would fix it... I was wrong. I thought all was good until my car was returned to me not fully repaired. The external damages were good but my car was shifty and that was not the case prior to the accident. When mentioned, the owner rudely informed my family that it was my fault, with not much further explanation. Parts of my car that were supposed to be fixed were left unfixed because Stebens claimed it was fine. Well, when I nearly swerved off the road after driving it was evident that it clearly was not fine. Thankfully, Geico helped me to get it properly fixed by another repair shop. Alls well that ends well. But I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest pricing and honest work. read more

For the first time I can recall, I needed some auto body work done because of a very-low speed collision which bent the framework around the passenger door of my wife's car. After my insurance company evaluated the external damage, Steben's was on the list of recommended body shops. Everyone I spoke to was relaxed, personable, and very clear about the steps which would need to be undertaken, including having the claims adjuster re-inspect the damage when the door had been removed. They'd even called the guy from Enterprise (a few blocks down Park Road) to give me a ride. The only (minor) complaint I had was that I was swamped at work, so I didn't think to check up on the repairs until about a week later. When I called, the service rep was very reassuring, stating that it was mostly done, but they still had a few safety checks to perform; normally I'd have had the car back sooner, but his workers would have Memorial Day off, so I could pick it up on Tuesday. Even though Steben's closes at 5 p.m., I was assured that "5 is just a rough guess; we'll wait for you to get here." They did! The work was well done, the billing & explanations were clear, and the staff were polite and helpful. I'd have preferred to get an update from Steben's after a few days with a ball-park timeline on the repair, but I can't fault them for anything else! I am a happy customer. read more

This review is not just for wheel alignment but for auto body repair in general - Stebens very recently repaired my car after someone turned in front of me, knocking my front bumper nearly clean off. They immediately got to work helping me out with insurance stuff and getting it appraised. Although my car is nearly seven years old and has its share of little scratches and nicks, they buffed out many cosmetic imperfections and deep-cleaned the inside as well. It looks almost like new! He didn't have the part needed for my 2014 Camry so after I left, he called me within five minutes to say he ordered the part and that it would only take 5 minutes (and cost just $40). Sadly I took my Routan to Steben Glass for a new windshield. When I picked up the car there were pieces of glass in the front passenger space (floor and seat). I had to return within 5 minutes for them to replace the cord guard that should have been covering the rear view mirror cable but instead was left hanging. I was told to avoid a car wash for 24 hours. I waited 22 days before running through a local car wash only to have water streaming down into the car from the center of the windshield. Apparently there was not enough adhesive applied and they did not reapply the upper edge trim to the wind sheid. Furthermore the portions of the edge trim that they did preserve along the bottom of the windshield no longer hug the glass. Am waiting to see how they will rectify this poor workmanship. I expected professional installation, not the sloppy, poor quality job I received. I cannot recommend this business. read more
