When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. I am an hour drive away. I showed up at 2: pm. They had not even sprayed my truck yet and the owner wasn't even there. When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. I checked the wires and found that they broke the camera plug.When I told them that the plug was broken they said well we had a hard time getting it apart. I would never go back here.

I was told they were a listed with Progressive so they guarantee their work. A few months later a HUGE Crack appeared out of no where while I was driving on a side street. At first I thought it was water or something because it came out of nowhere. The Crack started from the bottom of the windshield where the adhesive and weather striping is and curved almost to the other side. The guy at Affordable Auto Glass looked at it and said "oh yep you were hit" and pointed to nothing. I said as much and he just kept gas lighting me. I know I wasnt hit by anything, but they shuffled me into the shop, fast talking the whole way, and set up a replacement appointment. When I got home I inspected the windshield more throughly and the crack starts from a chip INSIDE the glass where it meets the adhesive. Furthermore there is a similar chip on the other side where the glass meets the adhesive that has not propagated into a Crack (yet). These guys do not stand by their work, and will not be honest about their mistakes. This shop was good many years ago but the current owners do not care about quality or accountability.

A friend recommended Roy's auto glass, I found the glass (pulled) at a salvage yard for $75, and called Roy's. They made an appointment 3 days out, called to remind me the day before, installed the glass for $75, quickly and efficiently, and vacuumed all the broken glass and shit out of there. Awesome service. And I'm sure they saved me a bunch of cash. Side note, if your roommate owns a boat be careful where you park or may end up having to call Roy's!

I had my grandson take my car in to the Northampton stor to do a repair to a rock chip that was right in the line of sight and a quarter in size. They did a two layer repair and said it still doesn't look good but you can use the money towards a replacement. Then they didn't give him a receipt for a cash job of $174. Just gave a generic warranty envelope. Will not use or recommend them again

I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality. I am totally satisfied with the price, workmanship and customer service.
