poor quality tinting returned with my truck to have it redone and was greeted with "ive been doing this a long time and with a truck from 2006 you can't make the rear windows not have a gap all the way around " bulls**t. Got my windows tinted here, noticed scratches and Knicks on the tint right after bringing the car home. Called and they said they'd redo the scratched tint where it was needed. Scheduled a day to come by and the day they scheduled me they were closed. Kept trying a few more times on my days off and they were always closed and no one answered the phone. I wouldn't recommend to go there. I got 35% legal tint and they look exactly same as i had before on my car. Just rip of my $300. I even showed the guy and they were like "ohh its dark". There was another car i said i want exactly same as this cars tint. And regular tint price is $150 but supposably this car had $300 one i said lets do it as long as looks good. They did good job on not put it in bubble but i didnt come here spend $300 for pretty much same thing i had before. read more

When I brought my previous vehicle here in 2018, I had no complaints and everything was great, and I actually recommended BG tint to many people. I brought my new car last summer and while they were moving it, the e brake cable was stretched/broken by one of the employees. (It took me 2 clicks for it to lock into place before, and when I got the car back it took 8-10 clicks) I also noticed a very deep 2-3" scratch in the paint- all the way down to white, which will need to be repainted. I called them afterwards to discuss my concerns and they told me there was absolutely NO way they did anything wrong. They tried to have the mechanic tell me what happened with the e brake, which I already knew, and said it must have just been me. I became angry because I had just got the car and knew the condition inside and out before bringing it there, there was no scratch, and no problem with the e brake, and long story short, the manager basically said if I want to get it resolved I need to sue them and take them to court. It's been almost a year now and it took me 160 dollars to fix the e brake issue. I made the very unfortunate mistake of recommending BG Tint to a friend, and she actually had things stolen out of her car, and scratched her paint as well. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

Official RAYNO tint supplier. I called and scheduled an appointment the day before and they fit me right in when I wanted to come by. Job took about an hour and 15 minutes while I waited at the Starbucks that is a 4 minute walk away. The guys at the shop were polite and obviously knew what they were doing. I have noticed a small set of basically unnoticeable bubbles on the very edge of one of my windows that I will contact them about in the future. The film they offer is their own standard film which is about $120 and high end RAYNO tint which starts at $220 for the S5 (please see included picture) my 2014 BMW 535i looks amazing with the S5 tinted to the legal limit in Massachusetts and just passed inspection where the tint was tested with no issues. I will update this review later after I contact them regarding 2 small scratches and the tiny bubbles, but for now these guys are the best legit tint shop around that isn't a horrible corporate chain with cheapo options. read more

I went to this shop to have my two front windows tinted. The staff was friendly and told me about different types of tint they offered. They tinted the windows in about an hr. Let me just say they did a horrendous job. I showed a guy at work and he said "I wish you asked me about tint places in the area. I went to BG a while back and they did a horrible job on my tint also". There was a bubble on one side and both sides had marks in the tint as if the film had been bent and creased or maybe scraped. However, they do offer a warranty. So I made an appointment to go back. Spent another hr there getting them tinted again. They were friendly and very understanding about fixing it. I was very skeptical it was going to come out any better because they had the same guy that messed it up the first time do it again. I have to say the second time came out a lot better. So eventually I got the tint I expected and paid for. I took away two stars because it took two trips when it should of only taken one. Other people may have experienced better/different service here because they have a few different guys working there. This is just an account of my experience at BG auto tint. If I ever have to re-tint my windows for any reason, I won't be taking them up on their warranty a third time and will just find a better shop. UPDATE: now that it's warmer I have been putting my windows down more. My drivers side window tint was cut too low. There is a noticeable gap at the top of the window. Showed my brother and he asked "what hacks did your tint?" So as I said I won't be going back there again to make use of their warranty yet again. It's not worth my time. I'll have a shop that can actually tint re tint them. THANKS FOR NOTHING BG! read more

This place is terrific. I called at noon time to ask if they could polish my car headlights, they were pretty bad. They took me at 3 o'clock the same day. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process. The waiting area is positioned so you can see them working on your car. Also attached to the garage is a mechanic I'm going to be using him going forward. I believe the shop will be moving to East Longmeadow soon don't go anywhere else this is the best place you can find for this type of service. read more

I went here to get my car tinted last time and they did a good job for the price. This time I made the appointment a month and a half ahead of time. I looked at the prices online and they aren't bad $135 for standard tint and $180 for premium tint on all five. When I get there he starts making up prices for the different grade tints. He wants to charge me $350 for SunTek Carbon when it's listed online for $180. I show him it's listed on his website and he agrees he will put carbon on the back and standard on the front and charge me $180. We sit in the waiting area and wait. 5 HOURS later at 5pm he is done and he tries charging us $200 telling us the prices have gone up since last year and the website is wrong. Never again will I recommend this shop! read more

Great place. These guys do quality work and use quality film. Had my 2018 Focus ST done here with Rayno Phantom Ceramic Film S5 and it was a reasonable price. I called ahead of time and made an appointment. They followed up the morning of to confirm. When i got there the owner(I believe) explained to me the different types of film and showed me what they do. They have their standard film, and they also carry Rayno film (S5-S9). I checked on Rayno's site and they are a certified installer. It took about 45 minutes to do all glass excluding windshield. The waiting area is within the shop bay so you can see your car being worked on, which I thought was nice. They've got several chairs and Netflix playing while youre waiting. All their window film comes with a lifetime warranty. I would call ahead and make an appointment because it seemed like they are steadily busy. I've only heard good things about them from friends. They also wrap cars and install paint protection films. I'll be back for my windshield film next month. read more
