I was pleasantly surprised. The work Shawn and the guys did on my vehicle was nothing short of miraculous. I have to admit that in the four years I've owned the car, I've run it through the car wash and vacuumed it myself a few time, but I had not had it detailed. I'm a foster mother, so I cannot begin to describe the condition the interior was in. I found a petrified cheeseburger in the way back and rotten Dunkin Donuts hashbrowns in the side door pocket. The cloth interior was just pain gross as was the food smeared plastic interior. Oh, and someone spilled something on the console between the second row seats and it had solidified. I actually poured boiling water in it to loosen the junk up. We have taken adventures to the beach and mountains, so the sand and mud was another contributor. It was embarrassing, but I took a deep breath and took it in. They never got to the exterior as the interior took four hours, and I had to leave to get my children. It looks like a brand new vehicle. I am beyond amazed at the quality of the work. Shawn also made me promise not to let it happen again. You can tell they really care about cars. He said it is way too nice a vehicle to let get that trashed! I agree. He was beyond fair with the price. I honestly expected to pay at least twice as much. Keep in mind that there isn't much around the shop, although you can wait in the small office on the couch and watch some shows with the guys. They are all really nice. I went to a local restaurant and had some lunch. There is also a library across the street that is open from 1 to 5, so that's a great choice. Next time, I'll make a plan to drop the car off and have someone pick me up for the day. I'll be taking it back in a couple of weeks to do the exterior, and I for sure will be taking it in every few months for detailing. It's awesome to have a spanking clean-like-new vehicle. I highly recommend Squeaky Clean Auto Detailing.

Stuck on I-90, we used our roadside assistance service to call for help, and they dispatched Hampshire Towing. Dispatcher Kayla did a great job keeping us informed about the arrival of Alex, the tow operator. Based on our situation, he did the best he could to help us out. Due to the distance from our home to their shop, we decided to transport the car to Pleasant Street Auto for repair. On Monday I spoke with Steven to discuss the situation, and he was very thorough and analytical as he listened to my story leading up to the car breakdown. The shop was able to repair the car Monday afternoon and I picked it up Tuesday morning. Considering we were in a bind and at their mercy, I feel that we were treated very fairly and not taken advantage of. Walking into the office to pay the bill, I could tell that they take an interest in the concerns of their customers - even offering a box of Girl Scout cookies as a "thank you"! About 118,000 miles ago I visited a independent Toyota mechanic and I was told that both (sides) of the rear differential seals were leaking. This business wanted an outrageous price to fix it. At 122,000, rear differential started making a scraping sound. Had the fluid replaced which stopped the sound for about a week (basically a bandaid). Had both of the seals replaced about two weeks ago, no more scraping sound. Price was reasonable considering the cost of a newer vehicle is too much. I love my car.
