I was told they were a listed with Progressive so they guarantee their work. A few months later a HUGE Crack appeared out of no where while I was driving on a side street. At first I thought it was water or something because it came out of nowhere. The Crack started from the bottom of the windshield where the adhesive and weather striping is and curved almost to the other side. The guy at Affordable Auto Glass looked at it and said "oh yep you were hit" and pointed to nothing. I said as much and he just kept gas lighting me. I know I wasnt hit by anything, but they shuffled me into the shop, fast talking the whole way, and set up a replacement appointment. When I got home I inspected the windshield more throughly and the crack starts from a chip INSIDE the glass where it meets the adhesive. Furthermore there is a similar chip on the other side where the glass meets the adhesive that has not propagated into a Crack (yet). These guys do not stand by their work, and will not be honest about their mistakes. This shop was good many years ago but the current owners do not care about quality or accountability.

However the front glass is clear and it's super obvious compared to the factory glass on the rest of the vehicle, so needless to say, I've been wanting to get tints for a long time. The whole experience at Elite was top notch; from easily scheduling an appointment (for the same week!) to them explaining our options in terms of tint and materials, to expertly matching my front windows to the rest of my vehicle. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, the work was done quickly and expertly and the price was fair. This place was a bit of a drive from where I'm located but hands down, not only would I recommend them to anyone looking to tint their ride, but I'd use them again myself - completely worth it.
