Second time one side is perfect the other side has the same exact scratches the first job did. It's from the tool they use. Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me. I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). But the same store in Pittsburgh was charging me $100 more than this place did so as far as I'm concerned I definitely got what I paid for. Plus I got lifetime warranty Great service! The work was excellent. I like going to small shops where you deal directly with the owner. Small shops provide the best work and service. Before I paid I inspected the work and the owner said to me " I want to make sure you're happy", Well, I left very happy and will be back for sure. As I get there, I notice there's quite a line, which means they likely do good work... But which also meant they overbook their days... Anyone who's had multiple cars tinted knows that a tint job doesn't take 7/8 hours to do. I shut business down for three hours in anticipation of maybe a minor delay. Instead, 8hours later, missed kids pickup time, and about $480/$500 worth of business, I finally got my car back. Looks like the tints were done properly, but Thanks but no thanks bub. If we make an appointment for 9, it's only natural for the customer to expect their car back sometime after 12/1. Don't be an asshole on the phone because I called after 6hours to inquire, and don't lie about things being done in a timely fashion. I give a fractured 3rd star because it looks like good work. Shitty communication & customer service though ‍
