"I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes I saw the sign"…read more(Ace of Base) So, when you're the Convention Chair for an upcoming conference and your budget is as tight as a rusty bolt, and you need to get the best price for 125 copies of a saddle stitched double sided program with ten pages and 20 sides of full color, with a heavier stock for the front and back pages, what do you do? Well, you'll probably do what we did and get some competitive bids, right? Four bids to be precise. The large national office supply chain came in close to $10 a copy, a small print shop up in Greenfield, MA came in around $7 a copy, a new shop in the Farmington Valley came in around $4 after lots of questions, and Signs Plus Prints confidently and professionally came in at $3.30. So that explains why we went with Signs Plus Prints who did a fantastic job for us. Hats off to Alex Youmans, Chris Aubins, and Maggie for their outstanding responsiveness and communication, that combined for my excellent customer service experience. The minute we walked into their shop, we had a good impression because we saw four individuals fanned out across the premises busily engaged in projects. We saw finished print and poster orders all over the place waiting for pick up, and some of the customers were heavy hitters like the Talcott Mountain Music Festival, Easter Seals, and a few area road races and charity golf tournaments. I placed my order on a Thursday morning; looked at a sample on Monday, and the order was ready for pickup on Wednesday. It came out great, with vibrant color, thick covers, and a sleek binding. If you ever have a need for, or would like to save some serious dough, on your next project involving signs, banners, printing, engraving, wearables, or even vehicle wraps, I strongly suggest you check these guys out. They did a FANTASTIC Five Star Job for me.

I called Signs Plus spoke with a kind young lady. Talked…read moreabout what I was looking for. Two custom made Memorial Stickers for my husband and I(our 1 and only daughter was tragically taken from us 9/4/23) I went in with two examples on my phone from Amazon & Etsy. Chris, first thing that very rudely came out of his mouth "I can't do for that price" I kindly said, of course I realize that we wanted to support small local business. He then said "you only want two!?" I did, and informed him would order more for family members. However husband and I wanted first. He then told me they would be $20.00 each. I said that's fine(I think he thought that price would "scare" me away. Then he scoffs and tells me I'm better off getting online. Mind you he never even took into consideration the Memorial reason of the stickers. I was so taken back I walked out. Terribly upset. Signs Plus more like Signs Minus. Terrible customer service. I hope future patrons of this establishment take this review into consideration.....look elsewhere.

Example - I had some low-hanging bush branches over my driveway. Without being asked, Devon trimmed the branches away so they wouldn't scratch my car as I drove into the garage. The yard work is impeccable every. single. visit. They don't miss a thing. I would pay whatever he asked because the quality of work is so high and dealing with the company is so wonderful but the rates are beyond reasonable. Devon also took care of my fall clean-up last season and again, the rate was beyond reasonable, wrapped into my full season of yard work as an add-on. Highest recommendation for this company with a level of integrity missing from so many businesses these days.

"Oh, this old world keeps spinning round…read moreIt's a wonder tall trees ain't layin' down There comes a time" (Neil Young) Yup, there comes a time to say goodbye to and replace your old living room set. Especially when, as in our case, the reclining sofa, love seat and upholstered chair are 25 years old. But how on earth would we get that heavy old furniture down the stairs and out of the house? And even if we could do that, what we would do with them next? Well that all became a moot point when we contacted Tom McCully of TNT. We texted him a photo of what we needed to remove and dispose of, and within a few minutes, he texted me a reasonable quote of $250. Tom's communication was excellent. We exchanged a few texts and within a very short period of time we agreed on a date and time window. On that day, he texted me to say he was on his way, and he arrived with a truck, a trailer and two of the biggest strongest guys I've ever seen. In fact, the three of them resembled a 3-man wrestling tag team. Our three pieces of furniture were moved out of the living room, down the stairs, out the door, down our entry steps, into the driveway and plopped inside their trailer with nary a scratch to the hardwood floors or painted walls. Their workmanship and skill was fantastic. Without a question, TNT's fee was the best money we ever spent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
