Thankfully the insurance company of the person that hit me picked up the tab. Their customer service is great. Very prompt and courteous on the phone and willing to take the time to listen to my concerns when I dropped off and picked up the car. There was a scratch on the new tail light cover and I pointed this out when picking the car up. They offered to order a new tail light cover and will be doing the replacement when the part arrives. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. The car looks great and the service was good.

Gillette came in at 50% of their estimates and were able to schedule me immediately, as opposed to 3-6 week waits elsewhere. They did the job beautifully in four days so I got the car back early and saved 3 days on a rental, which they arranged for me with pick up and drop off. This is the second time I've used them and now I won't go anywhere else! Very satisfied.

Outstanding service -- truly above and beyond!…read more This is my second time using Autoworks of Westville Auto Body, and once again they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

I asked for a recommendation of a body shop from my very trusted mechanic and he instantly recommended Hamden Auto Body. I can't say enough good things about the shop and staff at Hamden Auto Body. They made the process of getting my pretty little car back to looking brand new easy and mostly painless. The worked with me and my insurance company and kept me informed the entire way. Joe and everyone at the office were professional, pleasant, friendly and kind. They even picked me up (I live in town) to give me a ride to the shop to pick up my car. And, I was so pleased to see that not only were the dents and scratches fixed, but the car's interior had been detailed as well. The car looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership. Thanks Hamden Auto Body!

I stopped here to ask if they can repair this today and how much to replace it. I did not want to go the weekend with that just hanging down. They told me it would be just over $600.00, and stated that they cannot get the parts in until Tuesday due to the holiday and they can fix it then. I told them nevermind, and he said good luck because no one will be able to fix it today or over the weekend. I stopped off at another place, and they were able to get the part and had it fix the same day, and it only cost $200.00. Hmmmm, saving of $400.00.. I wanted to give them extra and they said no. I wonder how many others they ripped off and also ripped off the insurance company.
