First crew that came was honest about imperfections in the windshield and they re-scheduled the job. I had hopes that this was a good sign. Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job. read more

A flawless experience from start to finish. I can't even believe how wonderful and easy it was to work with everyone at Precision Auto Glass. I was dreading needing to call for a windshield replacement, as I often feel taking advantage of when dealing with auto repair places. However, within one minute on the phone with Lori, I knew this was an entirely different kind of business and that I was going to be well take care of. I had a million questions (as basic as where to find my VIN) and Lori was unbelievably sweet and patient and explained everything to me. From whether to use insurance (we did) to how to take the photos for the submission, to scheduling the install she made everything clear and easy. That would be enough to make me happy for any service call, however they also took the time for the little things like cleaning the carpet and even dusted my entire dashboard which admittedly was Far dirtier than they could have ever made it. I found this company after an extraordinarily dissatisfying experience with Safelite with unprofessionalism all the way up to the corporate level. Precision Auto Glass gave you that feeling that you were dealing with an intimate company that cared about the service they were providing and not some kid earning minimum wage hoping to do as little as possible after clocking in. After having some issues with safelite, I found precision auto glass, and with so many positive reviews, I had to give them a try. I was able to set up an appointment through my insurance company to replace the windshield on my bmw suv. Best part, I was able to get approved for OEM glass and have it installed within a few days. Dealership and safelite had an estimate of 2-3 week wait. Day of install, the guys from precision auto glass called and confirmed the appointment with a time estimate. Install took just about an hour. Everything was left clean and professionally done. Oh and the lady who sets the appointments was very kind as well. read more

We have used this company perhaps 4 times? And now, the fifth time....my husband asks me why we keep breaking our windows....this time it wasn't our fault, my husband's truck was parked on the side of the road and I guess it was an easy target, so someone used a bb gun to shoot out passenger side rear and front side windows..... Every time we have used the company, EVERYONE we deal with is extremely conscientious. The first time we called them, one of the owners came, so I thought "Of course, an owner operated business." We all know that sound when something hits our windshield, my relief when I didn't see a chip was short lived. The impact caused a large crack to form, and it brought a friend. Who know my Facebook post would lead me to Precision Auto Glass. Thank you to Lori who referred me to them, and all her help with my insurance, when I put in the claim I made error, and it was only listed as a repair. Phil was great showed up when he said he would. Explained what I needed to know. Carlos and Phil and the entire staff a Precision were amazing. You're wondering how I know their names - because I had the most complicated windshield replacement job of the year and they didn't stop until it was all taken care of and good as new. I have a 2012 Range Rover that had already had a windshield replacement and the previous service provider had glued the moldings down, which is the cheap way to do the job. The first shop I went to turned the job down - it was too hard. Precision was recommended to me by the dealership - and I certainly know why. First their staff pried off the moldings keeping them intact without damaging other parts of the car. Then they ordered me new ones. When they came in, they painted them to match because they wanted them to look right (they didn't come with the proper finish). They could have just put them on the with the standard finish - but they did the job right. Then my wiper blades broke during this process - they sourced and replaced them since it happened as they were replacing the glass. The actual wiper fell off a few days later and they came back and sourced that part too! The glass looks great and works perfectly - it's got heating elements in it. All in all, I think they were here 4-5 times over the course of the job, through no fault of their own, just to make sure they did the job right and as fast as possible. The work came out looking flawless. They were incredibly responsive, professional. Even gave me tips on some other car issues I was having. Really a top-notch business and experience. Got a crack in nny windshield while in Bohemia for work and needed to get it fixed quickly so that I could get in the road back home. They woman who answered the phone was so polite and knowledgeable. And because she knew I was from out of town she was able to get me scheduled pretty quickly. I had a cracked windshield from being hit by a random pebble while driving. I was nervous at first because my car has all the sensors on the windshield for automatic wipers, braking, radar cruise control, lane departure, etc. As well as mobil start antenna from dealership installed on windshield. My insurance company said I may have to go to dealer after to have everything recalibrated n new mobil start antenna installed. I had Precision come to do the job right in the parking lot at work. They did such an amazing job. They were able to save everything n nothing needed recalibration. They were also very neat n u would never know my car was worked on.
