I met Austin Willert on Nextdoor when I requested who to call to fix our window. He offered to find out why the window fell inside the door panel, for free. He discovered both clips had broken. But the window wasn't. He was prepared and brought a window with him to replace ours. As it was, someone had put the wrong window into the right box. Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. If we ever need a window replaced again, we're calling Austin as he gave us his business card. Not only did we appreciate his fast service, but that he was very personable with us old folks. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Auto Glass. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely top tier. The fact that they came directly to me made everything so convenient. No waiting around at a shop, no rearranging my schedule. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and got right to work. The workmanship was flawless. You can immediately tell they take pride in what they do. They used OEM BMW parts, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of the repair, and they were completely transparent about everything. They also walked me through backup options in case my insurance didn't approve OEM, which I really appreciated. No pressure, just honest and knowledgeable guidance. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept informed and updated the whole time, which made the experience stress free. What truly impressed me were the finishing touches. After completing the job, they vacuumed the interior and cleaned all the glass, leaving my car looking better than before. That level of care speaks volumes about their professionalism. If you want amazing workmanship, clear communication, and the convenience of true mobile service, Precision Auto Glass is the company to call. An outstanding experience all around. Highly recommend. read more

A flawless experience from start to finish. I can't even believe how wonderful and easy it was to work with everyone at Precision Auto Glass. I was dreading needing to call for a windshield replacement, as I often feel taking advantage of when dealing with auto repair places. However, within one minute on the phone with Lori, I knew this was an entirely different kind of business and that I was going to be well take care of. I had a million questions (as basic as where to find my VIN) and Lori was unbelievably sweet and patient and explained everything to me. From whether to use insurance (we did) to how to take the photos for the submission, to scheduling the install she made everything clear and easy. The install was super easy, in my driveway, just a couple days after my initial call. I rarely write reviews but this is really an exceptional business and I could not recommend it more highly. You will be in good hands. read more

Thank you so much Lori! Your service went above and beyond. The windshield looks so beautiful. Highly recommended. Everyone should use this place. Call now. You won't regret it. read more

First crew that came was honest about imperfections in the windshield and they re-scheduled the job. I had hopes that this was a good sign. Second crew that came was different and did an awful job replacing the windshield. Trim was marred, seals weren't fitted properly and the worst part, they put a nice gash on my A-pillar, did a sloppy job repairing it with touch-up paint and then lied that it was "already like that" when confronted about it. Further, when investigating a running-water noise in the windshield, found a chip in the edge of the windshield under the wiper cowl which was not disclosed to me. I respectfully gave them space to work, but I should have been hawking over them to avoid these headaches. I would recommend you go with ANY other windshield shop, even the big corporate shop probably wouldn't have done this poor of a job. read more

Excellent experience and loved the ownership the staff and management had with my repair Started with an replacement and had a minor piece of plastic back on my rear view (easy honest issue) The team had to work with Volkswagen but was able to get the piece replaced and kept on communicating with me till the right part arrived 5/5 and also cheaper than the others read more

Great company! They answer the phone right away, they came quickly and were extremely professional. The staff was exceptionally nice and they changed the windshield with calibration for much less than other companies. I highly recommend this company! read more

Excellent company. Not only were they communicative throughout the entire process but they showed up on time, looked neat, and acted professionally. That would be enough to make me happy for any service call, however they also took the time for the little things like cleaning the carpet and even dusted my entire dashboard which admittedly was Far dirtier than they could have ever made it. I found this company after an extraordinarily dissatisfying experience with Safelite with unprofessionalism all the way up to the corporate level. Precision Auto Glass gave you that feeling that you were dealing with an intimate company that cared about the service they were providing and not some kid earning minimum wage hoping to do as little as possible after clocking in. Insurance covered the work just the same and they installed an OEM windshield. After they left I found absolutely no reason to deal with Safelite ever again. read more

Quick, easy, and reasonable. They came out to me and did a fantastic job in only 45 minutes. Can't recommend them highly enough! If you're in need of glass replacement for your car this is the goto place. read more

After having some issues with safelite, I found precision auto glass, and with so many positive reviews, I had to give them a try. I was able to set up an appointment through my insurance company to replace the windshield on my bmw suv. Best part, I was able to get approved for OEM glass and have it installed within a few days. Dealership and safelite had an estimate of 2-3 week wait. Day of install, the guys from precision auto glass called and confirmed the appointment with a time estimate. Install took just about an hour. Everything was left clean and professionally done. Oh and the lady who sets the appointments was very kind as well. read more

Absolutely the best service! Real people that care and not that behemoth that makes you use automated systems instead of talking to a person. They replaced the windshield on my car and also did the electronics updates. Outstanding on all points read more

The most amazing team, highly highly recommend this company. They came out within 24 hrs on a holiday weekend!

We have used this company perhaps 4 times? And now, the fifth time....my husband asks me why we keep breaking our windows....this time it wasn't our fault, my husband's truck was parked on the side of the road and I guess it was an easy target, so someone used a bb gun to shoot out passenger side rear and front side windows..... Every time we have used the company, EVERYONE we deal with is extremely conscientious. The first time we called them, one of the owners came, so I thought "Of course, an owner operated business." No wonder the service is so good. But other times since, young employees show up. Again, they are extremely professional, courteous, clean. Every person who answers the phone is extremely well-versed in the business. I wish all businesses were run this way. Thank You Carlos, Laurie, Kim and all the many people whose name I do not know. Thanks for great service. read more

While changing my windshield wipers... You guessed it I cracked my windshield. I called progressive only to find I have $1000 deductible ......yikes. They shuttled me over to Safelite. After researching Safelite I discovered-mostly lackluster reviews on them. So I searched yelp for a auto glass repair and replacement provider and I came across Precision. Many five-star reviews on Yelp. I decided to call them, and they were responsive. I was able to schedule a replacement two days after I called. The techs came when they were supposed to &!thr staff was very professional and personable. I was extremely pleased. If you need a windshield repair or replacement call these guys first. read more

Phil was great! Fast and professional. What more can you ask for? They cleaned all my windows not just the windshield.

These guys are great! I called them up on a Tuesday and they're ready & equipped to install a windshield on a 20 year old car - the next day. The installation was a smooth process and the team made sure to not leave or make a mess of the car. Honestly, 1 hour later and the car went from smashed windshield to perfect! Highly recommend! read more

Had me waiting all day for a 12-4pm appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. I waited until 4:45pm and cancelled at that point. No one bothered to call me to let me know of any delays. The weather was beautiful all day. They wasted my time. Very unprofessional and was argumentative when I called in to cancel. read more

Did exactly what they said they'd do, exactly when they said they'd do it, at exactly the price they quoted. Left the car and my driveway immaculate; and clearly take the quality of their work very seriously. Also very nice people to work with, from the person who set up the appointment to the guys who did the work. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Hamptons for glass. read more

We all know that sound when something hits our windshield, my relief when I didn't see a chip was short lived. The impact caused a large crack to form, and it brought a friend. Who know my Facebook post would lead me to Precision Auto Glass. Thank you to Lori who referred me to them, and all her help with my insurance, when I put in the claim I made error, and it was only listed as a repair. Phil was great showed up when he said he would. Explained what I needed to know. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair itself and it looks GREAT, but they also cleaned the inside of my messy car which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I'm a very happy customer and I can't recommend this company more to my friends and family. Thank you so much! I had to wait a little longer than when they said my appointment window would happen: I was told 9am - 1pm on a Saturday, and they showed up at 1:45PM. But Carlos and Phil did an amazing job of replacing my glass with OEM exactly as I requested. They gave me a complimentary cleaning too and provided a free bottle of glass cleaner. Got a crack in nny windshield while in Bohemia for work and needed to get it fixed quickly so that I could get in the road back home. They woman who answered the phone was so polite and knowledgeable. And because she knew I was from out of town she was able to get me scheduled pretty quickly. Carlos and Phillip showed up early this morning, and were extremely polite as well. This company is definitely an example of outstanding customer service. Their prices are very reasonable and they had my windshield on hand so the receptionist who took my initial call made sure the brought it with them incase the window couldn't be repaired and needed replaced. And because that turned out to be the case I didn't have to wait the fixEd it right away. I recommend this company to anyone who needs auto glass service!!! read more

I had a windshield replacement for a Porsche Macan and Precision was just fantastic in response and more importantly professionalism. They should be the benchmark for what small business in the USA is like. There were two issues obtaining parts and while the easy response would have been to blame the dealership, these men took full responsibility and ownership of the issue when it obviously wasn't their fault. In fact the owner drove to my house to deliver the news that the part was delayed an extra day versus calling me.
