There are those rare experiences in life where someone actually fought for the customer instead of taking the easy route. That is Lori at Precision Windshield Auto Glass. After a rock damaged the windshield on my Porsche Macan, I was facing the possibility of having to pay a significant amount out of pocket to obtain OEM glass. As someone currently navigating a very stressful financial situation after a layoff in this crazy economy, that expense would have been a major burden. Lori was an absolute bull shark when it came to advocating on my behalf. She was relentless in working with my insurance company, pushing back when necessary, and fighting to ensure they covered the OEM windshield that my vehicle requires. Her knowledge, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to go to bat for her customer made all the difference. Some may consider this small, but during a stressful time personally, she raised the vibration in another human being (me) when I was already feeling challenged and overwhelmed. It was that simple human behavior & connection that also helped me restore some faith that there are still some really good human beings out there! What could have been an overwhelming and costly experience became manageable because Lori took the wheel and refused to accept the first answer and continued advocating until the insurance company conceded and agreed to pay for the OEM glass in full. In a world where true customer service often feels like a thing of the past, Lori is a shining example of what exceptional service looks like. Precision Windshield Auto Glass earned my trust, appreciation, and wholehearted recommendation. If you need windshield replacement and want a company that genuinely cares about doing right by its customers, look no further. Thank you, Lori, for your tenacity, expertise, and for making a stressful situation so much easier. read more

Carlos and Phil and the entire staff a Precision were amazing. You're wondering how I know their names - because I had the most complicated windshield replacement job of the year and they didn't stop until it was all taken care of and good as new. I have a 2012 Range Rover that had already had a windshield replacement and the previous service provider had glued the moldings down, which is the cheap way to do the job. The first shop I went to turned the job down - it was too hard. Precision was recommended to me by the dealership - and I certainly know why. First their staff pried off the moldings keeping them intact without damaging other parts of the car. Then they ordered me new ones. When they came in, they painted them to match because they wanted them to look right (they didn't come with the proper finish). They could have just put them on the with the standard finish - but they did the job right. Then my wiper blades broke during this process - they sourced and replaced them since it happened as they were replacing the glass. The actual wiper fell off a few days later and they came back and sourced that part too! The glass looks great and works perfectly - it's got heating elements in it. All in all, I think they were here 4-5 times over the course of the job, through no fault of their own, just to make sure they did the job right and as fast as possible. The work came out looking flawless. They were incredibly responsive, professional. Even gave me tips on some other car issues I was having. Really a top-notch business and experience. I will be recommending to anyone who needs glass work done. It's fantastic to see such a well-run operation in the world we currently find ourselves. Thank you Precision Auto Glass! read more

WOW! What a great experience with Precision Auto Glass!! I ended up busting out my back window on my truck while backing my camper into my driveway! Yikes! What I thought was going to be an inconvenience to replace became an easy process. The knowledgeable receptionist, Lori, asked me several questions, then looked up the glass using my VIN # to ensure that the correct back window was ordered for my truck. The two young technicians who came to my home to install the window were on time, polite, neat, and efficient ( only took an hour and a half). They kindly explained all the necessary information to me to ensure that the window would set correctly. I was told by another glass shop that I needed to bring my truck to their shop and leave it for four hours. I was thrilled that I wasn't inconvenienced by traveling and waiting around for the same repair! From the phone call with Lori to the install, it only took 2 days. In addition, the cost was hundreds less than what I was quoted by another shop. The whole process was easy and stress-free! I will be recommending Precision Auto Glass to everyone I know!! read more

I had an incredible experience with Precision Auto Glass from start to finish With my windshield replacement! Amanda made scheduling the appointment super easy with her friendly and professional demeanor. Her communication leading up to the appointment was excellent--she kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time for the service, working with Carlos, the owner, was equally impressive. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise were evident from the moment we spoke. The turnaround time was amazingly quick, and the quality of work was top-notch. They even came to my dealership to do the replacement because my car wouldn't pass inspection if it wasn't replaced. This team truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend Precision Auto Glass for their unmatched professionalism, efficiency, and customer care! read more

I happened to stumble upon Precision Glass on Yelp after researching the glass company my insurance company recommended. I am so glad I switched over to Precision Glass as their work and attention to detail was above and beyond. Their professionalism was exceptional and their quality of work even more so. Philip explained to me in detail how they were going to replace my windshield, as well as pointing out any concerns that might arise (I have an older vehicle which was displaying signs of age). After installation, they proceeded to not just clean my windshield, but all my other windows as well! Their work is top-notch and i would gladly recommend them to all my friends and family. I accidentally locked one of my twin toddlers in the car and had to smash open the window. I immediately went on Yelp to find and compare prices and availability for window replacement. Precision Auto Glass got back to me within minutes and offered a significantly lower quote than any other company. They came the next day and threw in a minor windshield repair and fixed the rear view mirror in my other car, gratis. Precision Auto Glass made a regrettable parenting moment much less painful than it had to be. I'm 9 months pregnant with kid #5, and if I'm ever dumb enough to lock another one of them in the car without a spare set of keys, I know who to call. Thanks, guys! read more

I cannot recommend Precision Auto Glass enough! I needed the back window replaced on my TRX, and they were incredible from start to finish. They showed up right on time at my home, which made the whole process so convenient. The quality of the work was fantastic--the fit and finish are perfect, and they handled my truck with extreme care. It's clear these guys are professionals who take pride in what they do. I've used other glass companies in the past, but Precision is on a different level. If you want the job done right the first time, don't go anywhere else. I'd choose them over any other auto glass company out there. 10/10! read more

My first experience with Precision Auto Glass this July 2018 was terrific. They operate a top notch operation, give very competitive pricing, come to your location and do a great job replacing windows on your cars. I found them on their great web site and from that point forward they made everything easy replacing my windshield. I used them a second time to replace my sons windshield and they even fixed his passenger side power window that had been broken for a year. A truck kicked up a rock shattering the windshield of my brand new car, Precision Auto Glass was very helpful with making the claim and appointment to have it replaced. They showed up right when and where they were scheduled to, the technician called me and i opened my doors remotely while I was at work....When i got back I had a professionally installed windshield, it looked like the detailed the interior of my car and the technician contacted me to start the job and to tell me it was complete. You can't get any better than Precision Auto Glass. Phil and Carlos replaced the windshield on my 2017 Nissan Armada. They showed up on time, did a wonderful job, removed and reinstalled all my stickers, reinstalled my dash cam and vacuumed my interior. Also gave me a can of glass cleaner. Very professional guys. I drive Rt. 495 daily and always end up with cracked windshields. I'm sure I'll be using them again. My previous windshield replacement by the St. James Safelite was a catastrophe. I wanted to take the time and say what a great job Precision Auto Glass did on not one but two of my cars. Very professional, clean, neat and done right! They also were able to accommodate a late schedule change I had making one of my cars unavailable till later in the day. The repairs were done the same scheduled day, without delay, just in the afternoon when I could be available. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. What a true high end experience having my front and driver side windows replaced. The owners communicated well and were hands on during my installation process. no idea what kind of work they do or product results. however, the person performing the work seemed to feel that everyone within a block radius would like to listen to the same radio statio/podcasst he was. totally disrespectful of his environment. you're here to work, not entertain yourself & everyone else, regardless of it they want it or not. read more
