Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. My appointment was 8:30am, I was there on time and 15 mins early as per their request. They took my car in right away, but I didn't get a text until 8:51am that they began to work on my car. So about 20 minutes past my appointment time. The waiting room to basic, some coffee and chairs. I feel their work is great for the two dings that I had in my window. They also explain to you that you will still see the ding as they are just filling it in, and there is a chance the window will crack. This is explained throughly when you bring your car to them. They towed 800 feet that seems excessive to me... are they charging by the inch??? And the fact that you never even discussed it with these kids who are only 22 and never been in a real situation like this seems to me to be almost predatory!! They saw an opportunity to take advantage of some kids that were having a terrible day! And then when I call to discuss the bill I get the run around and disrespected!
