My appointment was 8:30am, I was there on time and 15 mins early as per their request. They took my car in right away, but I didn't get a text until 8:51am that they began to work on my car. So about 20 minutes past my appointment time. The waiting room to basic, some coffee and chairs. I feel their work is great for the two dings that I had in my window. They also explain to you that you will still see the ding as they are just filling it in, and there is a chance the window will crack. This is explained throughly when you bring your car to them.
