Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. My appointment was 8:30am, I was there on time and 15 mins early as per their request. They took my car in right away, but I didn't get a text until 8:51am that they began to work on my car. So about 20 minutes past my appointment time. The waiting room to basic, some coffee and chairs. I feel their work is great for the two dings that I had in my window. They also explain to you that you will still see the ding as they are just filling it in, and there is a chance the window will crack. This is explained throughly when you bring your car to them.
