He discovered both clips had broken. But the window wasn't. He was prepared and brought a window with him to replace ours. As it was, someone had put the wrong window into the right box. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. If we ever need a window replaced again, we're calling Austin as he gave us his business card. Not only did we appreciate his fast service, but that he was very personable with us old folks.
