I know they travel but if you need your sensors calibrated, it has to be done in the shop. It took about 90 minutes for mine the last time. They promise it in 2 hours. There's a waiting area or you can drop it off and they'll notify you when it's completed. Theresa, the front desk employee is super friendly. All of the technicians are professional, well qualified and fantastic. My insurance covers the entire cost so value is fantastic. My car comes back clean with no trace of glass. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have unfortunately needed their help three times in about as many years. Overall the experiences…read morehave been good. The staff have always been very nice, and once the car is in the shop the work itself tends to be quick. On my last visit they actually cracked the new windshield during installation, so I had to come back another day. The technician clearly felt terrible about it and handled it professionally, so it wasn't a huge deal. They also broke the plastic tabs on the small interior cover that hides the wiring to the rearview mirror, but it was cheap to replace and not worth making another trip back after already coming in twice. The other two replacements were pretty seamless. Not a place anyone wants to need often, but when I have needed them they've generally had plenty of appointments available, have been easy to work, and the turnaround has been quick.

***FRAUD ALERT*** Ebay store…read more Bought 2 Soundigital amps, listed as NEW. Neither worked out of the box. Had to have them repaired by the manufacturer. "A lot of broken solder joints on the daughter boards for both input and output." This clown Nestel is a BS artist, buyer beware. You have been warned.

It was much wider and thicker than the original and it was not even installed properly. It was flailing and detached so that water was seeping down into the metal around the windshield. I went back to them and spoke with a worker called Aiden. The solution Aiden had was to add tons of glue. I also asked him why they didn't use the same type of gasket as previously and he did not have an answer for me. I assumed it was a Made-in-China product like so many other things now-a-days and that the original gasket was no longer available. Shortly after, I noticed that other areas of the gasket were loose. I ended up bringing it to someone else. Because of all the glue Aiden had applied, when the new shop took the windshield out, it broke at the last tug. And, they said the wrong gasket was used. Indeed, the correct gasket is still available, which is what Wolf Autoglass installed. All I can say is wow. How are places like this still in business? I went back yet another time to get a copy of the invoice. Rich Bouleau, the owner said he could not give me a copy of it, because he was subcontracted to do the job by Strong's Autocare. He further explained that Strong's was the customer, not me, even though I am the one that hired him to do this job in conjunction with the work that Strong's was doing. Also, he said the gasket they used is a universal gasket. Thank you, Mr. Bouleau for your total lack of pride in the work coming out of your shop and disregard for the customer and their vehicle. This shop is a low-quality establishment and their work is of little to no value, in my experience.

**Horrific Experience with SafeLite - Avoid at All Costs!**…read more My experience with SafeLite has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a 2022 BMW in February, and SafeLite replaced the cracked windshield before I picked it up. From the start, the windshield had a whistling noise. SafeLite suggested a replacement, but it took them months to get the glass in stock. Multiple appointments were scheduled and canceled due to their incompetence. Finally, in May, they replaced the windshield again, but the calibration failed, leaving the safety system non-functional. They told me it's safe to drive and will call me when the OEM glass is in stock. They have not called back. Almost two weeks later, after recent rains, I discovered water leaking into the cabin, and now all of my climate control buttons and heated seats to stopped working. This is going to be thousands of dollars in repairs. I called SafeLite over Memorial Day weekend and was escalated to customer care, but they were out of the office. My car is currently at the dealership getting assessed for damages, I have called SafeLite customer care FIVE times, and they keep trying to contact this shop and no one is calling anyone back. Technicians voicemails are full. Owners, if you are reading this please call Customer Care back immediately they have been calling and emailing you. This shop will be responsible for all repair bills. This issue is a huge inconvenience and clearly shows SafeLite's negligence. SafeLite has displayed a shocking level of incompetence and irresponsibility. Avoid them at all costs!
