Had this weird chromatic aberration going on at one side... hated it. So now we were back in the same boat, hoping to find a place that wouldnt suck. Glass America didnt suck. Insurance covered everything. One guy showed up when he was supposed to, and replaced the entire windshield of a full-size Chevy Silverado , in the driveway, in no time at all. Couldn't tell the difference between the factory glass and the new glass, flawless job. I would use em' again.

These people take short cuts and have little regard for the customer. They removed and reinstalled…read moremy windshield and did not use the appropriate gasket when they reinstalled it. It was much wider and thicker than the original and it was not even installed properly. It was flailing and detached so that water was seeping down into the metal around the windshield. I went back to them and spoke with a worker called Aiden. The solution Aiden had was to add tons of glue. I also asked him why they didn't use the same type of gasket as previously and he did not have an answer for me. I assumed it was a Made-in-China product like so many other things now-a-days and that the original gasket was no longer available. Shortly after, I noticed that other areas of the gasket were loose. I ended up bringing it to someone else. Because of all the glue Aiden had applied, when the new shop took the windshield out, it broke at the last tug. And, they said the wrong gasket was used. Indeed, the correct gasket is still available, which is what Wolf Autoglass installed. All I can say is wow. How are places like this still in business? I went back yet another time to get a copy of the invoice. Rich Bouleau, the owner said he could not give me a copy of it, because he was subcontracted to do the job by Strong's Autocare. He further explained that Strong's was the customer, not me, even though I am the one that hired him to do this job in conjunction with the work that Strong's was doing. Also, he said the gasket they used is a universal gasket. Thank you, Mr. Bouleau for your total lack of pride in the work coming out of your shop and disregard for the customer and their vehicle. This shop is a low-quality establishment and their work is of little to no value, in my experience.

They person came tot the house late, after some time said he could not do the calibration. I was told it was too sunny. I suggested a shaded area and was told I needed to come in. Scheduled appointment for 8:00 am, was sent a confirmation. Showed up at 8:00 and no one was there to help be until 9:00. I don't appreciate the lack of respect of my time. Insurance set up initial appointment and will provide feedback on wasted time.

I know they travel but if you need your sensors calibrated, it has to be done in the shop. It took about 90 minutes for mine the last time. They promise it in 2 hours. There's a waiting area or you can drop it off and they'll notify you when it's completed. Theresa, the front desk employee is super friendly. All of the technicians are professional, well qualified and fantastic. My insurance covers the entire cost so value is fantastic. My car comes back clean with no trace of glass. I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff have always been very nice, and once the car is in the shop the work itself tends to be quick. On my last visit they actually cracked the new windshield during installation, so I had to come back another day. The technician clearly felt terrible about it and handled it professionally, so it wasn't a huge deal. They also broke the plastic tabs on the small interior cover that hides the wiring to the rearview mirror, but it was cheap to replace and not worth making another trip back after already coming in twice. The other two replacements were pretty seamless. Not a place anyone wants to need often, but when I have needed them they've generally had plenty of appointments available, have been easy to work, and the turnaround has been quick.
