When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. And it was great to support a small family-owned business. Highly recommended. No regrets. I will absolutely be coming back here if I ever have future needs or want a thorough detailing.

I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). But the same store in Pittsburgh was charging me $100 more than this place did so as far as I'm concerned I definitely got what I paid for. Plus I got lifetime warranty Great service! They accommodated my request for a last-minute interior and exterior detail so I could sell my car, although their team only ended up having time to complete the interior. The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop. I'll be back for detailing for sure, and other services if I ever have the need for something more.

A few days later the tint started bubbling and I kid you not, he admitted the back window bubbled up because of his arm hair getting under the tint. All five windows needed to be redone. No show for 2 appointments over 2 weeks to correct his awful mess. The day of the final appointment he called me with another BS excuse and told me that he would be refunding my money. Never heard from him again. He completely ghosted me and ran off with my money. I have the voicemails and text messages to prove all of this. I'm going to have to take him to court to get back my $425.00. This guy is a joke! Stay away at all costs

He cut his hand and bled in my car as well as leaving dirty hand marks all on my white interior. The windows he did do had large bubbles. He said he would fix the car and we scheduled a day. when he arrived he said it was such a bad job that he wouldn't be able to fix it the day we scheduled. Therefore... We scheduled another day. I was called into work (military) and he threw a fit when I told him I had to cancel. So yet again we scheduled another day. He canceled on me after I moved may day around to accommodate. The story goes on but overall just don't let him go anywhere near your car!
