The bays are 75% of the time dirty and have debris on the ground, dirt, stones, and mud. I have to spray the ground next to my vehicle because I don't want to track that mess into my vehicle after I wash. There seems to more employees than they need and most of the time they are standing around talking and looking. Next, I noticed when I pull into the bays, the hoses from the prior person are hanging in the way and if you don't get out of your vehicle and place them in the proper position, you take a chance of ripping the hose down or damaging your car. I believe the management can do better, and I hope this review rings a bell in their ears.

A polite young man was explaining how it worked to us, when his manager approached our car hollering at us to "get out of the car right now!" The boy stammered that he was trying to explain the ropes to us, but his manager didn't listen- he just kept yelling that we needed to exit the car. We then went inside to pay. Another customer noticed our Vermont plates, and asked us how we liked living there. The woman at the cash register butted into our conversation, saying "you're all a bunch of tree huggers." We were shocked, and offended. We paid, told her she was incredibly rude, and left. The young men cleaning the cars were friendly and polite, but the management is nothing short of abusive to their employees and rude to their customers. We will never return.

You won't know until they don't show. Mine was in an area they are 'only on the weekends" but they confirmed the appointment over and over again in the days leading up. Absolute clown show. Then, they you some deal because they know you are pissed. Dont' deal just skip this one, save yourself the trouble. When pressed about why they take appointments on days and/or areas they aren't servicing the response was "I don't know what is going on with that". Perfect.
