Scheduling was a breeze, then Jamie and an associate of his pull up with an arsenal of vacuuming, polishing, and sudsing tools. Not only did they show a lot of thought in a professional sense, they were genuinely friendly people who were interested in the car itself and how much I enjoyed it. Adaptable too, the fact that I didn't have an outside water hookup was quickly fixed by a hose run into the kitchen faucet. Wham bam. I'm incredibly satisfied with how the job turned out. Every square inch of my car is as spotless as it was when I drove it home from the dealership. The full detail came out to $265 after tax ($250 before). I brought my Honda CR-V at 0800 on a Saturday and it was done at 1200. I thought it was going to take all day! The car looked great inside and outside. The guy who did it was very nice too. They ring you up inside the laundromat next door so I guess the businesses are connected. Overall, I would recommend coming here for a detail. It took much less time than I expected and I was pleased with the job.

HOWEVER, as soon as I got out of my car to hand over the keys, the septic smell hit me. It got worse inside the building (which is not kept up the way it used to be). I could hardly stand being in there. I paid (did not receive my extras for purchasing the package) and ran outta there to wait outside. Only to have to the septic smell hit me even worse on the other side! The wind made it worse and I was so eager to get into my car, I almost said forget the hand-dry! Wow it was overpowering. The scent stayed with me all day. I think the water they were using was also compromised. Those poor guys working there!!! Ugh! Anyway. Moving on to a diff car wash. They accommodated my request for a last-minute interior and exterior detail so I could sell my car, although their team only ended up having time to complete the interior. The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop. I'll be back for detailing for sure, and other services if I ever have the need for something more.
