I found Details by Darin via a basic google search and I'm glad I did. In addition to looking for a detailing-level cleaning, I had recently backed into one of those heavy duty metal guard posts that you see protecting the gas pumps in gas stations, resulting in what appeared to be some significant surface damage on the corner of the back bumper. As a consequence, I was praying a good detailing outfit could spare me the big bucks of getting the work done at a body shop. Darin's initial diagnosis of the damage only being a paint transfer was pretty much spot on. By the time he was done, the bumper looked essentially as good as new. You had to bend down and look really closely to see that there were a couple of nearly imperceptible minor scratches visible, and that they were there was only my fault for not paying better attention to my driving in the gas station lot.
I'm usually the only one in my car and I keep it reasonably clean, so I went with the bronze treatment for the inside and silver outside, and couldn't have been happier with the total cost, including the clean-up of the bumper damage. On top of it all Darin and one member of his team came right to my house and did the work in the driveway, sparing me from having to drop the car off and finding a ride home and back to the detailing shop.
