But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). When I called, Luis Castro (the founder and CEO of the business) immediately picked up. He was very polite, very professional, and thoroughly explained to me what can be done and the pricing structure. When I got to the shop, the work began promptly. And it was very high-quality. It was also nice that there was wi-fi in the lobby area, which made it possible for me to respond to work e-mails while the car cleaning was being done. And it was great to support a small family-owned business. Highly recommended. No regrets. I will absolutely be coming back here if I ever have future needs or want a thorough detailing.

As I get there, I notice there's quite a line, which means they likely do good work... But which also meant they overbook their days... Anyone who's had multiple cars tinted knows that a tint job doesn't take 7/8 hours to do. I shut business down for three hours in anticipation of maybe a minor delay. Instead, 8hours later, missed kids pickup time, and about $480/$500 worth of business, I finally got my car back. Looks like the tints were done properly, but Thanks but no thanks bub. If we make an appointment for 9, it's only natural for the customer to expect their car back sometime after 12/1. Don't be an asshole on the phone because I called after 6hours to inquire, and don't lie about things being done in a timely fashion. I give a fractured 3rd star because it looks like good work. Shitty communication & customer service though ‍
