I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality. I am totally satisfied with the price, workmanship and customer service.

When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. I am an hour drive away. I showed up at 2: pm. They had not even sprayed my truck yet and the owner wasn't even there. When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. I checked the wires and found that they broke the camera plug.When I told them that the plug was broken they said well we had a hard time getting it apart. I would never go back here.

There's a waiting area or you can drop it off and they'll notify you when it's completed. Theresa, the front desk employee is super friendly. All of the technicians are professional, well qualified and fantastic. My insurance covers the entire cost so value is fantastic. My car comes back clean with no trace of glass. On my last visit they actually cracked the new windshield during installation, so I had to come back another day. The technician clearly felt terrible about it and handled it professionally, so it wasn't a huge deal. They also broke the plastic tabs on the small interior cover that hides the wiring to the rearview mirror, but it was cheap to replace and not worth making another trip back after already coming in twice. The other two replacements were pretty seamless. Not a place anyone wants to need often, but when I have needed them they've generally had plenty of appointments available, have been easy to work, and the turnaround has been quick.

Awesome service. And I'm sure they saved me a bunch of cash. Side note, if your roommate owns a boat be careful where you park or may end up having to call Roy's!

They did this back in Oct of last year and the reason I'm posting this review now is because I wanted to give my windshield some time under the elements before I gave my final thoughts. Also for reference I have the sensor thing in the front you can see in the busted photo that dark square. They didn't recalibrate it, they only replaced the windshield so that should show in itself how gentle and efficient they were. I haven't had issues at all with my sensors. The windshield itself is still in great condition and KNOCK ON WOOD no chips or damage. I've gone through car washes, being buried in the snow and the heavy rain we've had the past month. The quality of that windshield I would say is 10/10. I would recommend these guys for your window needs!!
