I asked if that was a good idea. He tells me, sure it is he'll follow me to the closest gas station so I can put air in it. I told him that didn't sound right hut he assures me over and over that he does this all the time. Now I have a flat tire and my spare tire is shot as is the rim. My car didn't drive right after I had the tire replaced. They paid to have that fixed. They took over a week and a half to replace my spare and when I went to get it because I didn't want them touching my cat in any way they threaten to call the cops and don't want to give me the tire. They lie to your face and over the phone and they try to intimate you when you don't agree with them. Terrible people. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

The guy came within an 1hr, as expected but he did not explain anything. He only asked me for my name and keys so I thought that was all I needed since I told AAA where I needed it towed and they have my card info. I gave him my keys and we were on out way (me using my fathers borrowed car). I received a call from him 5min later telling me he just towed my car out of the highway and needed me to come back to fill out some forms. He told me I had AAA basic and so needed to pay the extra 10miles. I have AAA Plus/RV which covers 100miles but I didn't have my card with me so I couldn't prove it and had to go to work in 30min. He spent 10min giving my card info to a guy at their office and still did not bother to check my AAA plan so they did charge me $35. If they make a "mistake" like this to you, report it to your insurance company or AAA to get your reimbursement.

Peter said he would look at my moms car while she sat their for 3 hrs, well he didn't and knew my mother was in a pinch and would be trying to get back to Maine on Monday Peter of Tire town did not look at my moms car till Monday- it was a Friday -I can get it. He looks the car over 2 hrs after being open on Monday. Reports to my mother it needs a radiator, 2 hoses and a thermostat it would be 800. Also mentions she needs new tires and her battery is rusting. Ok fine. My mother pays and heads on her 400 mile trip back to make. She makes it to New Hampshire and her car breaks down at 7pm. Ends up she needs a new engine, sway bar, new ball joints. You want to tell me this man had no idea that the car had other issues? Even if he didn't - and I don't think that was the case- is this the person you want fixing your car. This could have ended a lot worse. I just find it extremely disgusting that he sent my mother on a 400 mile trip in a car that was not safe and charged her 850 dollars. This is why car repair places get a bad rap.
