    worst dealership ever!! They lied about warranty, gas tank filled at pickup, and are lying at customers about everything! Do NOT go here!

This is the second time, we have been assisted by this service technician, Keith, and both times - he was clear; educated us on the issues detected and on the suggested solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the brand, the models, and on what might be some of the issues encountered. 2. Subaru America & Suburban Subaru should promote this service tech to "Chief of Online Service Support" to Subaru owners that would like to connect via zoom/video call with a technician prior to bringing in the car for service. 3. We are a nationwide subaru family with family in texas and california who are both subaru owners, but some of their experience with local service has not been as exceptional as mine. Specifically, my younger brother in Southern California took his subaru into the Santa Monica Subaru Service Center for regular oil change and other mainteance before a long family trip. After picking up the car, and heading on Highway 10 towards Palm Springs - he started smelling smoke and hearing a sound - bottomline was that the service tech who changed the oil did not tighten the screws and he was now faced with an emergency and had to go to a dealer in route by Ontario Airport where he had to leave the car for several days. So we are cautious about our car service, and that is why when we find a dealer service facility and a service technician as knowledgeable and helpful as today's tech, Keith, is important that they are recognized so they can help in train others locally and hopefully nationwide. Just as an FYI - Unbias Review: We do not know, or have gotten paid in any way by anyone at this business. We did purchase our first subaru here, and have been servicing here since purchase several years ago.

Took car and battery in to get tested…read more They thought it was weird I didn't want to drive my car with a bad battery and already removed it. Finally, they decide to test it, battery is confirmed bad. They then tell me my only option is to put the bad battery that makes my 2021 WRX STI start and run poorly back In and let them retest. Bought cars from this place. Had service done here. Thought this would be fairly straightforward. Amazed the mechanics found it strange that I wanted to install a battery that actually worked on my own and then sought warranty replacement instead of the other way around.

    Qualifier - This review is solely based upon emissions testing services…read more I've had my emissions tested here three or four times now, and it has been quick and seamless every time. The most recent time was today. There was one car in the bay and three waiting in front of me when I arrived, but I was out in under 25 minutes! Quick service, and I appreciated waiting in my car in while in line, as opposed to the waiting room. I think the flow of moving your own car up each time someone leaves, then leaving it in front of the clear roll-up door and getting out when you're the next car to be tested speeds things up. Overall it's just less of a hassle than many other places I've gone, where they have you bring the keys in, then the tech comes and gets them from the desk and goes to find your car. I'm sure emissions testing isn't the business they'd ideally want from me, but I'll continue to come here for mine as long as they offer the service.

He had no issue except online it states that Wednesday (when we went) was senior discount day and it was 50% off for seniors. My husband had a screen shot of the offer. The location said they only gave $30 off not 50%. So, he accepted that and left. No issues. He called me to tell me the offer changed because I was going to same location an hour later. I arrive at location, get greeted by a guy who was pleasant and went into the waiting area. About 10 minutes later my car was done. I went to the counter to pay and no one came over for awhile. Finally a guy came over to cash me out. I stated I wanted the senior discount. He asked me for my coupon. I told him it is online and I have a screen shot of it. He says that's 'ai' and he wouldn't take it. He said I had look at the website for the coupons. So I did and there was no senior deal.On the website it said to mention the offer to get it! I told him my husband was there an hour earlier and got $30 off. THIS is when it went bad. He was very nasty,indignant, and degrading. He told me he didn't have that and "I had to pick the coupon of $20 off or nothing!" I said my husband was just here pull up his receipt. So he did and it showed the $30 off- with the code. I said then call the guy over who gave it to him He said the guy who did that wasnt there (in my opinion a blatant lie to shut me up). I asked for the manager and he said he wasnt there - that he was it and I had to deal with him. He was very condescending, nasty and I feel discriminatory against me for my sex and age (I am 70 yr old female) He refused to override the offer and the code was on my husband's recepit. He still refused to give my the $30 off. So I took the $20 off. He smiled nastily and said your receipt is in your email - which mine as you see attached doesn't have the stats at the bottom! As I left he said - "HAVE A BETTER DAY!' I made a comment under my breath which I hope he heard and left. He blately was discrimintating against me because I was a woman and older. He could have easily copied the code from my husband's recipet but he refused. This is unacceptable. The employee needs to be reprimanded and retrained how to deal with customers and when I showed him my husband was there ONE HOUR earlier - not a week, or a day or two, he shoiuld have honored the offer. I would like a refund for this since I didn't get the offer. This was totally unacceptable!!! There were other customers in the waiting room that heard the whole thing.

I went in just to look, not to make any purchases or decisions. I told my salesman that, repeatedly. I still endured over two hours of high pressure sales tactics, and yes they did hold my keys hostage in the finance manager's office so I couldn't drive away. In addition, as a woman, I found it rude and intimidating to be talked down to and talked over, barely able to get a word in until I barked back. Your experience may of course vary, but be ready. In the end I did purchase a vehicle, and the salesman earned a star by driving to me when I was unable to return to the dealership to sign paperwork. But anything for a sale, I guess.

He said I should have put a deposit down into wanted them to hold the car. Strike 1 but possible. Salesman shows me another Sonata that we did not like trip package on But made "promises" because he felt bad and Had the ability to get special pricing because of his status at the dealership and if we liked any cars he would hold the car without deposit or the dealership would put the money up. Showed us a third car that was a more expensive trim package. It was blocked in the lot so we could not test drive but he left us alone with car. After A thorough check of the car we said we were interested. The Sales rep said he could get the price intomrhe $24'sHe brought us in to the manager to discuss the numbers and the manager showed us how they were already "losing $3000" on the car for work completed to Pre certify the car. I said that's not how you calculate how much you will make or lose on the car. We decided we would go for the test drive while "he would work his magic on the numbers". While we were walking to the car the salesman mentioned " you guys have some luck, there is another shopper with him mother interested in the car". I asked, do we need to put a deposit down and he said "no we are holding the car for you." We are riding in the test drive and the salesman's phone rings. He answers and says we are in the car now on the test drive and will be back soon. We get back to the dealership and say we like the car, let's go see the manager and where tge numbers are at. We walk back and the manager slides a paper across the counter to the sales rep. They inform me that another sales rep sold the car to the boy and his mom. I asked the manager, what do you mean you said you would hold the car for me. His answer was I understand and I apologize. Was there anything illegal done- probably not. Was there a total lack of integrity and misrepresentation about holding the car, need for deposit - yes. So I now wonder was either car actually for sale or were they getting me to invest time until they actually had such a car available ? Will never know but I will never go back to this dealership. If they create these kind of doubts I can't do business with them.!
