They assured me that they could and gave me a price quote. I went ahead and brought my car, the wheels, and the tires to the shop. After waiting for a while, the person at the counter took my info, went out to my car, looked at the wheels, jotted everything down, and we went back in. After waiting for another hour, I was then approached by the person at the counter who informed me, "the manager has decided to decline." Confused, I asked for further explanation. "He's decided to decline the job," I was told. "So you're telling me you won't be able to do the work I was assured could be done?" I asked. "That's correct," he replied. That was it. No apology, no sort of courteous or personable behavior, nothing. They couldn't even send the manager out to talk to me himself and explain what the issue was. Just a complete waste of my afternoon. Wound up taking my vehicle and new wheels and tires across the street to Sears a week later, and they were able to do the job without incident. I would suggest others do the same.

Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure. I just assumed a wheel shop would have a way of assessing a bent wheel without having to drive the car. Otherwise an excellent experience and honest work!

So after sitting for 40 mins, I'm like where is my car? I go to look in garage for worker and he's pulling something down and underneath frame. Looks like he was trying to manhandle something....? So totally aggravated with this oil change going into over a hour. I wait another 10 minutes and finally done. And to get to the conclusion, the guy behind the counter, I guess store manager remarks that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like the long wait. I was done, long oil change rude manager and will be looking for a new place. This place is a crap shoot I wouldn't trust them with my car again. Part 2......Checked my online bank statement and found out the manager double charged me for the same service. ($129.72). They replied to first review quickly to offset the review and gave me a number to call. After shuffling the animated helpline. Total waste of time, indifferent customer service from start to finish. Don't waste your time on these guys.
