Steve and the Spring Street team are INCREDIBLE! I was visiting the area for the day when I noticed…read morethere was something off with the car. I ended up coming across Sprint Street and taking my car there, not sure what to expect. I was in an unfortunate situation because I had a small window before I had to start making the drive back home (which took a few hours) and I talked to Steve about my predicament. He was incredible helpful, despite being very busy, and was able to squeeze in a check-up and service. I was able to get the car temporarily fixed up, which was perfect and exactly what I needed in a pinch in order to be able to drive back home safely. He was extremely understanding, patient, and gave me a reasonable price. To Steve & the Spring Street team, thank you so much! I'm excited to continue to vouch for this business. :)

Review: V & F Auto Shop I recently had my car serviced at V…read more& F Auto Shop, and I was honestly blown away. I've never experienced this level of service before, and there are five main reasons why: Impeccable Environment: First, I was shocked by how clean and organized the shop is. It's rare to see a garage so well-maintained. Customer-Centric Care: The staff is incredibly friendly. To ensure an accurate repair, they asked detailed questions about every symptom the car was having. Their approach to consulting--truly looking at things from the customer's perspective--was very impressive. Convenient Shuttle Service: Third, they actually offer a ride home while your car is being fixed if you need it. I've never had a shop offer that kind of convenience before. Transparent Digital Inspections: What really "wowed" me was their reporting. They took photos of everything they inspected and provided detailed explanations. They showed me exactly what was wearing out, what needed immediate attention, and even shared videos to help me understand. I was totally sold. Honesty and Integrity: Finally, since no new parts were required for my specific fix, they actually did the repair for free. I simply couldn't pass up the chance to leave a glowing review after such a positive experience. I actually asked an AI for a recommendation for a reliable shop in the area, and it pointed me here--it absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Mad Hatter is under new ownership, and it's even better than the great place it was before…read more It's obvious that new owner, Brandon Leblanc cares about his business: he's close by at the front desk to hear what his customers are saying; he personally responds; and he couldn't be more attentive and responsive to a need. I had a problem with my Volvo hatchback. It wouldn't close. That also means it wouldn't lock. With all of the car theft in our area, I felt vulnerable. The parking lot was full. The place was obviously busy. But, Brandon immediately walked me out to the parking space where my Volvo sat, examined the problem, popped the hinge thingy back in place, closed my hatch, and smiled like I had done him the favor. Well, Brandon, here is my repayment for your immediate and amazing help. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. We will continue to patronize your awesome auto repair shop and emissions certificate center. You rock! Blessings for your success. I have no doubt you will it.

On top of this, when I asked him why he was vaping he to my face lied and said he wasn't. Totally dishonesty here. They also kept pushing back when it would be ready, and pushed it back 5 times. I don't mind allowing a mechanic to take days to fix an issue but be honest that it will take days and not giving multiple promises. The mechanics were so nice, it seems like Bobby is the root cause of the issues we experienced.

I recently had the front end of my 2016 Honda Accord inspected after replacing my tire. Jeremy reported that the struts were original and worn but not blown or leaking. Although replacement was not absolutely necessary, he noted doing so could improve ride quality and handling. I opted for the improved handling. He also reported that the front brakes were causing shimmy so I followed his recommendation and replaced the pads and rotors. The car handles noticeably better at highway speeds, which is important to me.
