They charged me $40 over what they quoted me, and the job is terrible. They are using cheap products. The tint is sliding down my window, and when looking out everything appears milky. I was told it wasn't the mr tint it used to be and decided to use my own judgement, and I should have listened. It's too bad. Now I'll go somewhere else to have my tint removed and reapplied.

I got an inexpensive JVC single DIN unit and with an adapter kit they installed it in my double DIN dashboard. They even installed a very stock looking cubby underneath it. Brilliant, this car has nowhere to put stuff. Unfortunately because of the angle of my dashboard I couldn't read the display on the radio. I called them the next day and asked them if there was some kind of sunshade I could put over the radio because I thought the display was just being washed out by the sun. They called me back quickly and told me to come back and they put a different Alpine unit in it with a different kind of display. No hassle, no extra charge, another every clean install without a single bullet connector or pice of cut wire on the floor. These guys also dba as Sound Sensations. Will totally use them again if I have need.

A day before the scheduled pick up, I FINALLY GOT through to them and I was told it would be delayed because truck broke down. I was being told they weren't sure when the repair would happen. I had to call several times to finally be granted another company to pick up my vehicle. They did not offer another service on their end, I had to keep telling them I needed to have the vehicle removed from the dealership by a specific timeframe. Once the other company picked up, a few days went by and I called to get an ETA because they said I would be able to check on my shipment. They gave me the run around and said they had no way og knowing. After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. But save yourself a headache. It's not worth the money.

I reached out to them and they were extremely responsive. They were a little pricier than others but I was okay paying a bit more to get my car delivered timely and safely. They did just that! I contacted them late Friday afternoon, they picked up the car late Monday afternoon and it was delivered to my home in South Carolina early Tuesday afternoon. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend them highly if you need a vehicle transported.
