Why could I know this you may ask? My Niece is a trade school student and she has taken courses on auto body work estimates and I had her price my vehicle's damage which totaled 2,070 dollars. So I recently went back to him for some auto body work on my car that had scratches from where I rubbed up against an icy snow pile that was full of broken pavement and made some deep scratches that I couldn't fix myself. They never informed me of "Storage" charges that were accruing while there was back and forth with insurance. When insurance refused to pay for the repair Rachel shifted the "Storage" charges to me! They charged over $1000 to park a car outside in rural Hatfield, MA, and refused to accept any responsibility for not telling me of such charges, because they were buried in the fine print of their contract. I was referred to them by my mechanic because they had the impression this was not a shady business. I can confirm that is not the case. What an unethical rip off.
