Many cars are in line for a car wash though due to the rain and change of weather here. Once he finishes cleaning his rental, we will drop his off, and go get my rental from the hotel to clean it. The state has rules in Massachusetts. You can't play music as you vacuum your car. The sign says "Radios must be off at all times." I'm from Miami, Florida so this definitely won't be a great rule there since just about everyone plays music when their car is being washed and or vacuumed. I understand their rules because when you blast music, some of the music lyrics aren't appropriate and other listeners don't appreciate it. My husband most likely will be back if he need to vacuum out the van. The large vacuums are great.

Drove right in and the young guy asked what I wanted to I was off to the races. It's the typical full contact car wash with the spinning brushes, I don't take my car through these. On the outside they have the free vacuums which is a plus. The grounds around the car wash are a little dirty but nothing too crazy, just typical trash and such. I've been a paying customer for years on a…read moremonthly account, I went into the car wash soon after I entered both of my mirrors folded toward the windows, after exiting the car wash, I got out of my car to inspect my mirrors and one of the glass inserts on my passenger side mirror was gone. I and went up to the person that was running in the car wash. told them what happened. it was a young lady. she stopped the car wash and went and found my glass insert in the car wash all smashed. there was little particles of glass on my window where it hit the window and part of the frame was broken, I told her what happened and she gave me a blue card to call the number or scan the code to file a incident report, I did such and no one has ever gotten back to me. I made several phone calls. I called the owner, not one person has returned my call and it's been probably a month now, I asked her for The broken glass. she said she had to keep it to show the owner, I was finding it very hard to drive without my passenger side view mirror so I went to O'Reilly's and ordered a new one. I got it right away and had it inserted, I filled out another incident report and put a copy of the receipt for the mirror and still no one has gotten back to me, 2 weeks later they took out another payment out of my bank account and still no phone call from them, I canceled my membership with them and I will never ever go back to that car wash again.

PS they have employees that know how to drive a Standard like my car is, so no worries about getting out of my car and leaving it in their capable hands. If you have a Canvas Convertible Top this place is great as their Nozzles don't rip through the top like power washers do. Used to get leaks going through Self serve power washers. I was given a coupon for a full service wash to make up for it. Not a refund, not an apology, and not a return of the substantial tip I left after I paid while waiting for my car. Why would I ever go back there? I've been in the past and have not had a problem. I won't go again and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know how terrible this place is so they won't go either.
