A colleague hit our car in the parking lot at work. The damage was minor but it's a new car so we decided to stop by Oliver Auto Body on 2/6/24 to get an estimate on having it repainted. After looking at it, the Customer Service Rep asked one of the mechanics to check it out. When he looked at it he went back into the garage and came out with rubbing compound and a rag and worked on it for about 2 minutes. The scratch disappeared completely. We probably should have know. something like that was possible and didn't ourselves, but we were completely ignorant. i don't normally leave a review but i felt my experience needed to be shared, worst customer service i've ever experienced or seen in my life and the lack of unprofessional from the lady who sits in the back in the front office , the unprofessionalism from her , instead of just allowing me to grab my car at the very end as we were able to leave she thought it was appropriate to verbally threaten & then as we're were leaving the parking lot she decided to come out screaming , it was just very unprofessional, i don't recommend going here!! communication skills need be to worked on a bit , I understand it's hard to give up 100% confirmation date when a car will be ready, but when it came to getting updates about my car it felt like i was getting my teeth pulled , i wasn't given a good update on my car till yesterday, I didn't find out about a front frame problem until, it was told to a family member on the phone yesterday & when i went in yesterday i was told it for the first time , and when i asked for the dates of when it was found out it was in december and ofc had to go through insurance but it was approved by insurance on the 18th on december so when i personally called the shop last week of december for a update i wasn't told about the front frame at all, the person on the phone tried to make it seem like it was a one of my family members fault , i just thought that was a bit unprofessional but that's why i am saying there is a clearly a need for more communication skills, I just personally really feel that communication needs to some work , I also took my car to inspection right after I left the auto body parking lot, the damage to my car was on my left side, when I went for inspection, they said the left side of the fog light wasn't turning on, and to me, I just felt like for my car being in the auto shop for that long it should've been noticed, in certain ways I am very scared of leaving this review because I have to take my car back to this auto shop tomorrow morning to get it fixed , so in certain ways it very much does scare me, because I can understand the lady being upset but it felt very unprofessional to come at me , end of the day i am still a customer , and yes i don't have much car experience as they have, but i still feel i should be treated as a human being , and i didn't feel like i was , so it does very much scare me to leave this review, knowing that I have to go back tomorrow, i just hope tomorrow when i go for my fog light that everything will be fixed and handled with professional manner , because I feel as a human being, you are entitled to be mad at the customer all you want, but take that anger or frustration home & talk about me to family or friends , but when the card payment was paid she decided to come at me after payment was made . i would of rather mature conversation when i first walked in instead of the second after payment was made and i got the car keys , don't lash out on the customer , so i really hope my car is in safe hands for tomorrow, i just felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with the lady , i understand she is upset and human but i just felt it was very unprofessional, so i really hole me leaving this review , won't affect my car tomorrow in the shop & i hope my car can be fixed because if was the left fog light and the damaged to my car was all on the left side read more

Our daughter hit our stone wall while backing out of our driveway. The whole passenger side door was our of alignment and the mud guard off. My husband jammed the door back in place so it could be driven We had been given the name of Olivers as a great auto body shop. My husband called and they said to bring it in to be evaluated, they were not sure how much time it would take to repair. They were able to repair it that day! They could have easily overcharged us or told us that we needed more extensive work. But they were honest, friendly, fair priced and drove my husband back to work! Highly recommend. read more

There work was unsatisfactory. I had to Go there many times because they left issues unattended from accidents. ( lightbulbs, washer fluid was charged to my bill but never was put in, Interior was trashed and i believe they are suppose to clean the inside greasy hand marks over hood and door)( they are suppose to wash the outsude0 ( The heat shield was loose and rattling as well plastic wheel well was not connected properly and did not connect my ABS line. My car rattles on that side I got hit. Mind you there was none of these issues before my accident. I am no mechanic and only relaying what they were suppose to do. However, everyone was very friendly but did not want to touch all these issues except for the lightbulb. The insurance will be investigating this for charging this that were actually not done. I am so thrilled to have a reliable auto body repair shop in the area. About a year ago I moved to Holyoke and didn't have anywhere I was familiar w to being my car. I found Oliver's by calling AAA and asking for a recommendation in Holyoke and I couldn't be happier with their suggestion. I've had my car serviced twice now....besides being super affordable, they get your car back to you in such a reasonable amount of time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Exceptional service all around from the secretary to the mechanics and staff. I dropped my vehicle off @ Oliver's on 9/10 at 8AM for rear bumper work from an accident, I received a call on 9/12 at 10:45AM from Oliver's stating my vehicle was good to go. Oliver's brought me to pick up my rental and picked me up at the rental company and brought me back to my car. My rear bumper is like new and the interior and exterior of my vehicle are spotless. 10/10 would recommend Oliver's Auto Body. read more

This place is THE WORST. I wouldn't wish their b.s. customer service on my worst enemy. They've been holding my car for a month and a week now. I've never been so disappointed in their lack of communication between mechanics, they always have to hand the phone off to a different person. Next time I will find a shop that works on Sundays and ACTUALLY tell me all of their names. I would give them negative stars if I could. I'm so beyond infuriated. They started off letting me know I would have my car on Monday. Then when I called the Saturday before to check they said Tuesday. When I called Monday they said Wednesday. Here it is Wednesday at 3 and now they want to tell me it wont be done until 10 am tomorrow because another piece is coming in the mail. Why is another piece JUST NOW coming in the mail.
