Bonnie in customer service and delivery was able to accommodate the last minute change without missing a beat. The first thing the next morning my refrigerator arrived and took a lot of work to fit it into my house. The installers/delivery men were very professional and removed the doors to make it fit. They were able to remove the old fridge and install the new one without a scratch on anything! The price was right and I would highly recommend this company for any appliance needs!

They have extremely poor customer service and are very rude and arrogant. We spent over $25,000 on kitchen cabinets and they treated us like dirt. (And save lots of money, too!) With the high prices they charge, they should be ashamed.

Northampton Plumbing Supply is a hidden gem tucked away in the industrial park. I used to think it…read morewas just for contractors, but I just learned that they welcome homeowners too. I had a bathroom faucet with a leak. I first went to a big box home improvement store with off-brand parts that made the problem worse. The big box store also pushed me to buy parts I didn't need. So then I went to NPS. I told the employee behind the counter the brand of faucet I had and the problem and he did some research. He went back to their supplies and found something I never would have picked up on my own. Evidently Delta Faucets changed their design for the gasket/ball assembly. They had the exact Delta brand part I needed and it cost less than the big box supplies (that didn't work). I'm very glad I went here. He was also nice with my 3-year old who tagged along! Absolutely going here again.

Extremely unpleasant woman sitting at the register reading a book made it very clear that I was interrupting her day by asking about tools they might have for making dumplings. In a very condescending tone, she informed me that dumpling presses were out of stock for the next 4 months "everywhere". When I said I wasn't sure if I needed a press, but was there anything else they might have that could help me make dumplings, as my significant other and I would like to try making dumplings together, she looked as though I had asked an impossible question, and then let me know that the only way to make dumplings was to do it in a "family setting". She said, "That's what the Asian families do. They make them together as a family." Not having a 'family', I said My significant other and I were just looking to enjoy some time together and make some dumplings in a casual way, she said no, that isn't how it's done, and again started talking about how dumpling presses were out of stock until I just said never mind and left. I hated that experience. I don't see why she had to put such emphasis on the fact that I wasn't Asian and we aren't a big family or something. That made me feel horrible about myself.
