Now to add to the sneaky comment, not only have we found out we have all received used phones but one didn't even work properly and when we went to exchange it they handed us one off the display shelf. NOW here's the kicker, THAT ONE WASN'T EVEN NEW & when we looked to make sure the pictures were transferred correctly, it had all the pictures PLUS someone elses pictures. Luckily we knew who they were and told them. But we've called corporate and now they've got their hands full with this store. Because they ARE NOT allowed to sell used phones nevermind selling them as "New", but they had a bunch of pictures from someone else who owned the phone before them, nevermind other personal info that it already had on there. This store SUCKS and if I could give them negative stars I would !!!! read more

This independently owned Verizon is amazing in terms of customer service. The owner has spent several hours trouble shooting an issue with my phone first with Verozon, then apple and now back to higher level of Verizon support. Let me back my phone up on their iTunes. Several customers have come in and she knows many by name. Highly highly recommend!! read more
