Later upon viewing the receipt, what they've actually done is tack on extra fees for some Ready?Go! Package and a REDUX membership. We were not asked if we wanted these, nor told that we would be paying them. When I called to ask about them, they first tried to claim that they were in place of Verizon's standard $40 upgrade fee (I called Verizon; this is false). Then they claimed that the Ready?Go! package was for data transfer to the new device, which they didn't actually do for us. They also charged us $10 more in MA tax than it should have been at 6.25% of the cost of the phone. I called them and they refuse to refund the services we never agreed to, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I'm also filing a formal complaint with Verizon to revoke their status as an authorized retailer, and I highly suggest you all do the same. Let's put these criminals out of business.

As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off. I was almost speechless as I'm under a deadline. Would not recommend them: not reliable.

I needed to work with a Spectrum Store. I now consider it fortunate that the Chicopee MA store is my most convenient location because of Justin Pickering one of the store managers. I had to straighten out issues created by a Spectrum sales rep from South Carolina I had worked with over the phone. She mislead me and arranged for services I did not approve of. For his part, Justin made every attempt to help correct the situations, even though he might not necessarily benefit directly. He is a credit to the Spectrum business. They also sold me a charger and added a new line, which I was told would be free. I was assured the trade-in credit would be processed soon. Three months later, I still had no credit and was being charged an extra $85. After multiple calls and speaking with two employees, they finally admitted the issue was their fault and said it would be resolved. They also agreed to remove the extra line, though I was then told I'd still have to pay $6/month in taxes -- something never mentioned before. Not only was the issue still not fixed, but my unlimited plan had been changed without my consent and the extra line remained active. I ended up calling customer service myself, and they resolved everything within an hour. Save yourself the time and just call customer service directly.

Two months ago I disconnected all services with Verizon (our cell phone carrier) and was assured my…read moredisconnection was complete and that I would receive no more bills. The next month I get a bill and I call and they say there was one line left connected so that's why you're getting a bill. I paid that bill and was assured I was now fully disconnected (they said they don't give confirmation numbers for that). Today I got another bill for that same leftover line and called and was told there was no record of my previous disconnection. Ma'am, the person said, you have to make sure you get a confirmation number for all changes to your account. He transferred me to someone who claimed they disconnected me. Can I please have a confirmation number, I asked. We don't give those, the person said. Stay tuned for next month when I will yet again disconnect the remaining line and pay a third monthly bill from Verizon after disconnecting all services.

The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!

I was really hoping to find a service that offered an unlimited data plan. After debating between Metro Pcs which I had before I read they are tethered on the TMobile network and I am not impressed with the coverage of Tmobile. I looked up the network Cricket runs on and saw they run on AT&T network towers, so thats pretty reassuring. I went in and was able to switch my Verizon Iphone6 to cricket in under a half hour. Manny I believe his name was is a really personable nice guy who helped me and answered any questions I had. I went from paying upwards of 180 a month in plan/data to 65 a month with unlimited data. I am really impressed with Cricket Wireless and happy with how quick it actually took.

Having an S6, the part for my phone needs to get ordered but their local vendor is really quick and if in stock, they will get it the next day. I drop my phone off and they call me when its done.
