I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!

My Mac computer had an issue that took several hours to solve (it wasn't even an Apple-based software product that they were helping me with), and throughout the visit multiple Apple staff worked collaboratively to fix the problem (at NO CHARGE to me, I might add) and my Macbook is running better than it has in years. No one came and we asked the woman again and she wouldn't take our name and told us to wait. My husband is disabled and the security guard was concerned and came over and offered him a seat. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.
