this is the worst probably in the United States. They don't get on the phone. It takes you 15 minutes to get somebody on the when they get on the phone, they don't speak English. Finally, when they do they more than likely disconnect you before you have resolved your so you have to go through this all over again. They will not take calls with a live person, they just want you to type and type in a text message. This is the most disappointing service we have had in all the years we've been with Comcast. I have tried getting my mail since 9 o'clock this morning Which is four hours ago and I can't get anybody on the phone and I can't get my mail because of their server error message. Every number I call gives me the same automated voice and I am tired of hearing about the citric server because I know firsthand the damage that happened, when there was a security breach. If we had another Internet company in our area, I would leave Comcast in a heartbeat; they are terrible.! read more

They never tell you when they are doing service in the area. They could be proactive and customers would know why service is down, Their automation defaults to fixing your modem so if the problem is on their end working in the street why have you start fixing your modem? Unnecessary. Anyone with a customer service mind could design a much safer notification and response system. read more

This location has been closed. You now must drive all the way to the Holyoke Mall and order to do Comcast business in person.

They don't staff this store adequately. Was here for 30 minutes earlier and two people helped three customers. Now they are on 98 and I am 105. Expect 30 minutes minimum. Comcast must maintain efficiency data but I'm sure it's not the fault of the clerk. Just management who refuse to staff. And they are not the only business around here that acts like this. read more

Comcast 5x's to my address. For over two weeks scrambled up pictures scrambled voice techniques leaves and sits on street for a two min call after making every excuse. The weather the signal the tech before him etc etc. Then we get our bill doubled. Comcast needs to stop getting their faulty equipment made in other countries and charging customers huge outrageous prices for a rotten less. Than OK service. Thanks read more
