We all know that a company will have a mark up, but I felt this was extreme. I called them to question the double mark up the labor. was told that it was a fair price, that's how the business works and I saw something I wasn't supposed to see. And the company did nothing to satisfy my complaint. word of advice if you deal with this company, ask for a break down of the quote before hand, and do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes! I went with this company because I had good results with them when they were still Raynor, but seems since they were bought out, customer satisfaction isn't their top priority! I gave the company a chance to make it right before writing this review and never heard back from them.
