I asked for customer service for a refund on the 2.5 weeks we didn't have service they transferred me around a few times and then out me on hold for over an hour. When someone finally answered it was tech support and when I said that I was looking for a refund they hung up on me. I guess it's time to try Star Link even though I'm not excited about ol' Elon.....

The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. I could pick up the slack on the other things that got overlooked but due to a medical challenge I cannot clean a freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.

I scheduled the install, got a confirmation call, another call 20 minutes before and the technicians were there early to set-up so the work could begin right as scheduled. The installation was efficient and included time to walk me through each step of the process and use of the wifi router. I had immediate service that has been consistent, fast, and for a very reasonable cost. That same afternoon of the install I received a confirmation email with all I needed about my account. It is a pleasure during business with the Borealis Broadband team. I think over the course of my many calls and the installation I talked with 5-6 different people and they were all knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely focused on customer service. Well I left it there the next day I got a call from another guy who said they had charged my battery and it was ready for pickup and seemed to have no clue as to the problem that I had told the other guy about. I was told that there was nothing wrong with that one ( the one that I took back) . I called in and talked to the owner and they weren't honoring the warranty, I heard her husband telling her what to say also. I told her I didn't want the battery back because it was bad and the new battery was starting the vehicle every time. I ultimately told her if she thought that there was nothing wrong with it to put it in her car and drive it and shut it off and try to start it again and trust that it's good like they were telling me to do. The value of the batteries that they sell is not good. And apparently they don't think they should have to honor their warranties. Update: I had a separate third party auto shop check out my vehicle and they found no electrical drains from the system on the battery. Interstate batteries rips people off.

I read the first to review post and understand his frustration with buying stuff, in general. My expectations were different. I didn't expect them to know what desulfinate , or specific gravity meant. I expected politeness and a consumer reports highly rated battery. I got that. and a warm place to change the battery at no charge. ( five stars review will follow in three years if the battery lasts three winters) 10-14/18. Still acts as new.
