It was $75 to serve in Anchorage, which is $10 more than some of the competition, but I wanted results. You fill out the process service instructions form with attached forms to serve, clip a check to the file, and place in the cubby of the process service of your choice. I filed on Tuesday, and the server served Monday morning, which was within the 48 hour serve mark of the Wednesday scheduled hearing. I was on pins and needles because I didn't want to reschedule the hearing and it felt like it was cutting it close. All in all I was happy with the server, service, and will use again if I need to flex the arm of the law.

This is a shady assed operation and I don't know any recourse since their actions caused me extreme distress by draining 2 of my accounts. I was forced to pay an additional $125 processing fee to the bank. Alaska seems full of scammers and heartless parasites.
