Then she had the nerve to mention that she likes to wear thongs with another male employee and you could tell he was not wanting to have that conversation with her . The last thing got me and my husband to just leave was she asked my husband if he's been with other races of woman . Why would you ask a customer that !!! He made sure to keep us informed as to when he would be arriving, which was so convenient. Upon his arrival he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient, and kind while troubleshooting what was wrong with my connection to the On Demand channels and answering our numerous questions. He's very informed and knew exactly what we needed in order to resolve an issue we have had since July 2022, yep, over two years! Although we had many questions we asked of him, he was able to answer every one of them and speak to us in layman's terms, which is very important! I highly recommend him to assist those who are "up in years" and if I could, I would give him a financial bonus! The only thing he couldn't do for me was help me get my monthly free ticket for a movie with Dish...I will now attempt to call Customer Service, once again, to receive the movie ticket I was unable to use when I tried to order it a week ago. I HAVEN'T HAD ACCESS to any of the movies On Demand for over the last two years!!! I am hoping they can speak English well enough so I can understand them, and they can understand me. Many thanks to Ethan for being so patient with us and working the whole time we were "picking your brain"! We really appreciated your visit and expertise!
