When I got cell phone service in AK I refused to utilize GCI due to all of the complaints that I heard from others, but essentially had no choice. ACS is great for their unlimited internet if you are in the area, but that is all. Furthermore, the individual who came to my residence to hook up my internet was extremely unprofessional and invasive going thru different rooms in the home stating that he was simply looking for the cable line. He said that he'd been in my neighborhood previously and was aware that they were either in the living room or master bedroom, yet he proceeded to walk around my entire house to include the bathroom and the kitchen questioning my decor, intellectual capacity and professional abilities which had nothing to do with his job. I assure you that this was not typical "small talk". I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable considering. Never had a technician that was so nosey and unprofessional.

Upon his arrival he was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient, and kind while troubleshooting what was wrong with my connection to the On Demand channels and answering our numerous questions. He's very informed and knew exactly what we needed in order to resolve an issue we have had since July 2022, yep, over two years!
