Gonzalez Marketing was our…read moreevent planner for a 2-day conference the first week of April and they were instrumental in helping deliver a successful and well-received event. They were fully engaged throughout the planning process, bringing ideas and multiple options to meet the team's goals throughout its development with a focus on budgetary needs. Communication throughout the planning was timely and they were regularly engaged with each conference sub-committee, which helped keep the process flowing smoothly. On-site set-up and support during the event were well laid out and ran smoothly. Any issues that did arise, and they always do, were handled swiftly with the attendees never realizing it had occurred. I will definitely be teaming up with Gonzalez Marketing for future events. Thank you for a great conference!

She then tries to tell me that they were done earlier that week and said they sent an email. I never received an email. Basically she lied to me. A few hours after e-mailing them a copy of my logo for printing, they called to tell me my signs were done. I was thinking "Wow that was fast"! Especially since I told them no rush. I brought in a check for $80 for the total due, and it turns out they just printed my logo on a piece of vinyl. The original I brought in for them to copy had listed a couple services offered and a phone number. He asked if I wanted to leave the check there and they would reprint them. I took the copies of my logo so they would not be wasted. When I went to pick up the new ones they wanted me to pay again, and said it was my fault the first ones were wrong, even though I brought them the example and said "I want a copy of this". I paid and left, never to use them again.
