It's not like you're buying the iPhone 8. Let's be honest, you're buying signs. They are probably for work. This could easily be a mediocre 3-star review, BUT: These folks are sharp, super-sharp! I needed some signage (a LOT of signage) in a bind and they got it done, just when they said they would, and for cheaper than anyone else in town! Really, what more could you want? I've since used them 3 additional times and I always get the same impeccable service and lightning-fast email replies. If you're looking to get signage/printing done in town, you can stop your search, this is your place!

With only 5 days notice, I called around and explained why I needed them, asking if it was possible and if they could give the family a discount in price due to hardship. 2 places said No discount and because it was a rush order they were going to charge more. Not Blue Moose! Not only did they give us a discount, but they went out of there way to find us Curtis's favorite 2 colors to make the shirts in. Then to top it off, they designed the banners with the ALASKA state flag in the background designing it themselves with our approval. They worked overtime making all of this happen for us before the start of the Iditarod with a discounted rate to boot. The constant back and forth via email to ask single questions was very obnoxious. With all of the back and forth there was lots of documentation regarding the design, font and placement of the mugs I had laser engraved. When I received my product there were errors made. I notified the staff whose response was "sorry". The body language said to drop it. So I did. But they shanked the design on a product that was valued at hundreds of dollars. They met the deadline but they seem understaffed. I wouldn't completely avoid them but they certainly won't be my first choice if I have other options.

I worked with this company for 6 months and was one of their bigger clients (marketing, ad campaign, web hosting etc). Their methods seemed outdated by I trusted them and gave them time to deliver. There provided zero results and they didn't know how to explain it or how to improve it. But that's not the worst part. After I canceled the work with them they still charged me for services and when I talked to Ken Okoneck, the founder, he promised to refund me. After few weeks of no follow through I talked to him again and he asked to pay me back in two payments. I agreed. He then disappeared and have stopped returning messages.
