The service at this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is great! The man who helped me get my things together was really helpful!! Though, I must mention that my visit was highly uncomfortable, as there was a customer there who has apparently never seen a Black person before. In her whole life. So, in wonderment and amazement, she stood in one spot and stared at me for the whole of my visit. She just stood there and stared at me. Like a possessed person. Like I am both Eng and Cheng. Like I had a uni-horn protruding from my forehead. Like I had an appendage growing from the small of my back and had glowing, sparkling, glittery skin. Like she really, really, truly had n.e.v.e.r. seen a Black person before, in her entire life. Ever. She burned a whole in the back of my head for, at the very least, 15-20 minutes strong. While her child had no mask. In fact, while she was looking at me she should have been looking for a mask for her child. At the time Alaska had one of the highest Covid-19 patients in ICU rates in the country. Her curiosity about what the Black person in the room was doing was more important than the health of her child. Make it make sense. Welcome to a day in my life. read more

I travel full time as an aircraft mechanic and typically lug around large pelican cases. usually shipping 6 boxes at a time which can be a handful sometimes. The store manager Matt set the bar for customer service. I've never had a FedEx employee open the door for me when they see me struggling with all the boxes and then brought the cart in themselves. He was extremely professional and prepared which made my life so much easier. This FedEx office sets the bar. 10/10. read more

Had a fairly straightforward print job and was expecting it to be fairly tedious, because typically corporate print shops are fairly soulless and you feel like you get a little less than you pay for. I was surprised to the point of shock at how good the service was, the quality of the product and how inexpensive it was. Paid less than half what I expected, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Assistant manager Andrew is way more efficient and (by appearances) happy than I had any right to expect. All in all, a surprisingly great experience, which is why I'm moved to write a review about it. read more

I am not impressed with this location at all. I had a book cut and spiral bound. I called first to see if this was a service they can provide. They said they can do it. Great! The lady that helped me wasn't very friendly. No "Hello" or "Hi" it was purely "What do you want?"... Well geez.. I told her what I wanted and she did a bunch of stuff on the computer and ignored me for a while. She took my book and told me I could pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up the next day. It was a different lady, but the same kind of ATTITUDE! There was no ounce of warmth or smile, it was just "What?" Ummm... hello?!?!? I smiled and said hello and all you can say was "What?!" Geez. Whatever I told her I was here to pick up my book. With her grimace face she looked up my order and gave me my book. Told me to pay and ignored me. WTF?!!?! I can get better service at McDonalds! Pros: - They got the book bound in a day. (Dropped it off around 3pm and picked it up next morning) Cons: - The book was uneven - All staff were very unfriendly Overall: I haven't been to the other locations, but I surely won't be back here anytime soon. I was in town, and needed to ship a large case and banners to California. Of course, you know exactly what you expect from a Kinko's; copy and shipping services. They were understaffed that day, but the person there was absolutely a delight to work with, and even though I could tell, she was overwhelmed by the number of people there, she smiled and provided great service. The location is large, and had tons of supplies, and it's open 24hours. read more

For being 5 days before Christmas, this place came through for me. The post office is ridiculous, the fedex by the airport is ridiculous but this little gem saved the day. I had 5 different locations I was sending packages to and the service was awesome. They were kind, patient, helpful, and even funny. Hats off to them for making this time of year for shipping painless. read more

Needed to get a lot of copies made, like $54 worth of copies. I liked that I could do it myself at machines to the right. A person helped me get started and I paid it forward to the next person that took their machine for copies. My copier ran out of paper and I couldn't get any assistance for more paper so I took some from another copier. Sorry to whoever used that machine and needed 8.5" X 11" copies. One of the worst costumer services I've ever experienced I was trying to print something print said "unable to read files ask for assistance" I noticed them that I need help I was in a time crunch but still waited 20 minutes later no one..... Preparing programs for a funeral we showed up with most of the work done, but still needed help tweaking it. We used the copy machine, computer station color printer, it was nice to have all those resources at our fingertips. And to top it off the friendly guys working that night kindly checked on us numerous times to make sure we were doing ok and ultimately helped us get it done right!! I believe their names were Andrew and Tim...I could be wrong as I am Horrible with names. But their efforts and wonderful customer service will not be forgotten. read more

The woman who assisted us was grumpy!!! We were trying hard to be patient as possible just to accommodate her. What? Yeah, felt like we had to understand her grumpiness. I was with my mom and it was just hard for me to watch her almost too close to being scolded by this old lady with short hair and glasses. Her name starts with "M", lol! I wouldve put the entire name but couldnt remember. She proceeded to ask our info and we were even super nice stating the name of the sender , letter by letter. She spelled it wrong, thrice. THAT's OKAY, still. What pissed me off is when my mom said "you got the word corner misspelled. She gave us this look and said "i know, dont rush me. Im hungry". I was so close to walking out of that place if it wasn't an urgent thing we had to finish. I hope management take time to look at their employee and the service they provide. read more

Easy job. Called ahead. Said it would be done. Get here, get told the system says 4pm which is 40 min away. I say I called ahead and was told it'd be done. Weak. I saw them print it as I walked in. They aren't that busy. Now it's sitting finished but nobody is doing anything. 10 minutes Save time?? Not. Would have saved time and money doing it myself. read more

The staff in this shop are helpful. However, they need more of them. I was in there twice in the past week. Each time, I had to wait very long times to get help and to pay. They might as well re-name the place Federal We'll Get To You, Eventually. One thing that would make things go quicker is for staff to estimate shipping costs for customers at the outset. I saw several people take abundant staff time to wrap, box, and weigh packages only for those customers to back out when they were told the cost. read more

Lady in front was being very rude. Gave me attitude the entire time. I was nice and patient with her but she kept pushing my buttons. Never again will I go there. Seems like I'm not the only one with the issue at this store but this needs to get fixed. She was very disrespectful and I was mailing something to family members for a passed loved one and she gave me such a rough time. She needs to be more approachable and respectful because she obviously does not know any basic manners. read more

This place is not worth your business. My story goes like this. I needed some editing on a book for my boss. Initially I sat down with a fedex associate and pointed out what changes I needed made. I also explained that I needed a copy of the whole book in digital format. This way my boss could make changes if he needed to. So for 264.00 I would have a hard copy of the book and a digital copy. I made it very clear I needed a digital copy. FedEx made changes to the format without even calling me. The prints look trashy. Think of a copy machine that needs a new ink cartridge. Then when I try to pay for this print they don't have the digital copy. I get a "sorry about your luck" and "you know we have this policy" from the day manager at FedEx. FedEx has a policy to delete all digital data every 30 days. I really wish someone would have told me this crucial piece of information upfront. The staff couldn't care less about anything. Their demeanor is evident the moment you walk into the store. I was offered a refund but that doesn't help in my situation. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A MIGRAINE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more
