Our shop takes a beating with guys that work outdoors coming in and out all day, but all the dirt, rocks, snow etc are no match for the team at Bibbs. This thing was packed to the gills with heavy, crazy shaped, items and an extremely heavy recliner couch sectional. It was all done in less than an hour and a half. There was hardly any directing. At the beginning we told them when you see such and such that goes in the garage, all the boxes are labeled, and there's one item of furniture that goes in a specific room. We had to say no more. There was no repeated "where does this go?" Or "what about this one?" questions. All of our things were handled with care and they even removed thier shoes on our uncovered carpet areas (it was raining outside). If you're moving or need maintenance things done, call them. You won't be disappointed. They are personable and professional, but most of all extremely efficient and pay attention to detail. Most definitely doing business with them again.

The booking process online was useless, the phone coordinator who I believe was the guy in charge the day of the move didn't lead me to believe that my day was properly booked and when they showed up the actual muscle in the move was late. The guys who did the bulk of the moving were good. They handled our stuff with care for the most part or so it seemed. And they took care to not damage the rental house we were moving out of. I tried booking them for three hours to ensure things were done right and that I wouldn't be needed to do anything but oversee what they were doing. We didn't have many big things to move. But one of the things we did have was a king size storage bed that upon unloading the truck was absolutely wrecked. Multiple chunks missing from the drawers. They stacked the frame of the bed exposing the rails the drawers go in and stacked boxes it. We haven't opened up many boxes yet but needless to say I'm pretty worried at what I'm going to find. The guys who unloaded the truck made the comment that they will never see me again so why would they care. And that's exactly how it feels. I paid them for the job they did, as crappy as it was and they will never have to see me again so who cares. Needless to say I would advise NEVER using this company for moving services until someone takes the reigns of the business who actually cares about the job on the departure and arrival side and the happiness of the customer.

Jeff was working on a paint job at the house I was renting. Jeff mentioned his company also does deep cleaning and since he was so professional and accommodating, I hired him. His employees did a great job with the deep cleaning and I was able to get back all of my security deposit. The cost for deep cleaning was pricier compared to another company I had initially hired. They definitely redeemed themselves with this job.

Commercially Clean was referred to me from a friend and I am absolutely pleased with their work! What I loved about this team is that they were all very unified. They chatted and laughed while they worked, ran errands for one another and had an overall outstanding attitude. They have all been working together for years which speaks volumes and my opinion about company stability and best business practices. Kudos to you Commercially Clean... We recently had an experience with Superior Refinishing, a shower and bathtub refinishing company,…read morethat we feel compelled to share. As apartment owners with experience managing over 16 properties, flipping homes, and renovating, we initially planned to replace the entire shower pan and walls ourselves. The estimated cost for the floor pan was $210, the walls $500, and a half day of our time. When we came across Superior Refinishing's services and received a quote of $750 after clearly expressing the scope of the project through an emailed video and a phone call where the walls were discussed, we were impressed with their number for the walls and shower pan and decided to proceed. The price was comparable to what we could have purchased the materials for ourselves and it would free up a Saturday of our time. However, after the individual performing the work left our home, we noticed only the floor pan was complete. After inquiring why only a partial job was done, we were informed that the price to do the floor pan and three shower walls would be $1,750. They then offered a "reduced" $1,400 price due to their miscommunication, which is still $650 more than the original quote. From a customer's perspective, one cannot help feeling that this is a "bait and switch." This is especially true because their website says "save 80% over installing a new tub." If we had known the $1,750 price at the beginning, we would not have proceeded. When we asked them to correct the issue, they sent us an email explaining they "do not do work for free," which was surprising to hear given they admitted to the miscommunication. We hope Superior Refinishing improves its business practices and ethics to avoid such issues in the future. Wishing them the best and a solid improvement in their operations.
