Hired OB based on other reviews. Had been using a well-known but quite expensive carpet cleaner in Anchorage for several years and needed to economize. When OB came to my house he brought the black light because I had mentioned "a few" pet stains. With the light I discovered that I had way more pet spots than I realized. OB really worked at thoroughly cleaning and deodorizing the carpets. He was totally into his work and did not rush. He explained a lot of the science behind what he was doing (a little more than I needed!!) and left me with some products to follow up with. I appreciate his great communication in establishing appointment times and staying in touch. I consider OB my carpet cleaner from now on. Highly recommend him. Very fair pricing also!! read more

I started using OB a little over a year ago and he is amazing! He has come out and made my carpets look newer than new and when my dog had a massive issue on the stair landing, OB was able to get out the stain and make the house smell like Christmas!...All while coming out on an urgent call in the dead of winter! I have recommended him to anyone who even hints at looking for a carpet cleaner and would highly recommend him to anyone reading this review. I found O.B. on Yelp, when I needed to find 3 bids to clean my church's carpets (+3,000 sf). O.B. gave me a good estimate, was prompt, courteous, and offered free fans and carpet protection. We selected him although he wasn't the lowest bidder because he was the most enthusiastic and responsive and seemed to have the capability to handle the job well. He also had a laser device to accurately measure square footage which was very helpful. We were so very pleased with his effort on removing old stains, promptness, and the overall quality and price of the job. Highly recommend O.B. and would definitely use him again. read more

After getting screwed over by J&S for the second time, I decided to find a new carpet cleaner. I got on the good ol google machine, started doing some research and came across OB's. I called him and immediately knew that he was the shit. The bomb.com. The trillest. He's honest, straight up, he's not trying to rip anyone off and he cleans carpets the right way. He came over and cleaned almost the entire house. It's been a few weeks and the carpets have never felt and smelt this great. They went from smelling like absolute piss to absolute bliss. I am selling my house and the carpets were in desperate need of a good cleaning. I called OB on Sunday, the day before a holiday and he came out the next day! We were already moved out and he clean the carpets in the entire house while keeping in contact and sending pictures. He did such a great job and we were extremely pleased with his work. The realtor had shown 4 people before the cleaning and the next showing after the cleaning we got our first offer! The house is sold and possibly due to the great job OB! Moving out of my apartment and had only a few days to get the carpets cleaned. Called OB and scheduled an appointment. He got us scheduled for the next day. Came to the apartment early and made quick work out of it. Had some pretty bad stains in the carpet from some red wine; he got them out with no problem. O.B.'S Carpet Cleaning did a superb job of cleaning our carpets. The owner, O.B, was friendly, prompt, and was up to date on current products that are used on carpet. He took time with our job. Even the edges of the carpet, that meet the baseboards, were cleaned well. No other carpet cleaners that we have used have measured up. This company will pleasantly surprise you.
