I hired this company to do a move out deep cleaning after forgetting I gave them a poor review a few years prior. The reason why I hired them again was because the owner (?) Jeff was working on a paint job at the house I was renting. Jeff mentioned his company also does deep cleaning and since he was so professional and accommodating, I hired him. His employees did a great job with the deep cleaning and I was able to get back all of my security deposit. The cost for deep cleaning was pricier compared to another company I had initially hired. Needless to say, with 16 foot ceilings, it wasn't just a quick cleanup after 14 contractors had been working throughout the house throughout the winter. Commercially Clean was referred to me from a friend and I am absolutely pleased with their work! The crew showed up and meticulously cleaned my home with professionalism, great attitudes and all of the right cleaning equipment (buffers, ladders and lots of great products). What I loved about this team is that they were all very unified. They chatted and laughed while they worked, ran errands for one another and had an overall outstanding attitude. I wish I'd taken before photos, so you could see the improvement! Ginger worked on my living room, hall, and stair carpets this morning, and I am very happy with the job she did. (Although the volume of cat hair she pulled out of the carpet was a bit alarming! We've been living with that? Ew!) The service took about 2-1/2 hours, including measurements & discussing areas that needed extra attention. She vacuumed everything thoroughly, then treated all the spots, the applied the cleaner and scrubbed the floor by hand where it was especially soiled. This was also the step where she did her cat-hair-extracting magic. I think there were probably additional steps, but I was doing chores. After all of that, she ran her extractor gizmo, pulling most of the moisture out of the carpets. The only smell left is the "fresh" scent of their cleaning solution. And the carpets look amazing ... even in the closet where the litter box lives. The service was excellent, even with a Groupon. I plan on using this service again. read more

We have been with this company for many years. Not sure what happened but in the last 6 months the quality of service has declined greatly. They have no showed, arrived at the wrong time, and when we have reached out to the office they promise to do better and then don't come through (Christine). Also the quality of cleaning has gone down. The ladies are rushed and on 2 occasions disconnected our cable cords in their rush to clean. A year ago I would have rated them much much higher but not today. read more

I had two individuals come out and clean our home today. It had not been Commercially Clean's in a while. The two women that were here, Judy and Paula, were excellent. Friendly and courteous, they were all about business as they began to clean the house between them. Attention to detail and little extras would describe them well. Everything from tidying up and asking me if something was better placed in a different location to polishing the kitchen floor after cleaning it and sanitizing the house when they finished, they are well worth the investment. We had Commercially Clean do their "move out" cleaning when we moved out of the condo we had leased. On the positive side the carpet steaming went well and the gentleman that came in for that part of the job was very informative and pleasant. There was a stain that did not come out, but he let me know ahead of time that he was not sure if it would come out. Worth the $277 that the carpet steaming cost. On the negative side the cleaning service was a waste of $385. When initially setting up the cleaning I was never told that the cleaning was done by the hour, I was just told that cleaning a place our size cost about $350. I recieved a call from one of the women cleaning our place that they would need more time to finish up and she explained that that would cost $35, I agreed after she said that the place would be clean and done after that. I wasn't able to oversee their work as they cleaned the place because we were unpacking at the new house and honestly I didn't think I would need to watch them. When I got back to the condo the following day is when I realized that there was still the stain the carpet and that the walls had not been cleaned as I was told they would be. I called Commercially Clean and spoke with a nice woman that said she would have the manager Shawna call me back. Shawna and I played a bit of phone tag before I reached her the following morning. She let me know that one of the girls who cleaned my place said paint began pealing so she didn't clean the walls. She said she could send out some girls the next day to have a go at it, but she would have to charge me for it. We decided to hold off until I talked to the poperty management to see if they planned on repainting the whole place since the last tennant painted the wall with cheap flat paint and some of the walls would need painting anyways. My wife and I went back that night to get the stain out of the carpet with a technique we learned about online and while my wife was busy with that I decided to start cleaning the walls to see what would happen. No paint peeled, the areas I took a simple wet rag to got cleaner, with minimal effort. I went back the next day and cleaned the walls for a couple of hours with a couple of rags and water. This took care of most of it. While doing that I began to notice that the whole place wasn't all that clean. When the property manager came to check the place out, he wasn't overly concerned with the wall but he made a list of places that needed cleaning that had not been touched. He also asked that I replaced the light bulbsin the bathrooms that had burnt out. My wife, my niece, and I went back the following day to clean the list of areas that the property manager had noticed and as we were cleaning those places we realized that everywhere else that had originally looked clean were still in need of work. Especially the bathrooms, which before the the new light bulbs looked the best. In the end, everywhere that was originally cleaned by Commercially Clean had to be redone. Which took almost as much time as cleaning all the places they didn't clean. Over the few days that we spaced out our recleaning of the house I had talked to Shawna the manager a few times to keep her in the loop of what we had to clean aferwards and after it was all over with we were given 10% off the bill to compensate. I don't feel compensated though, the reason I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars to have our place cleaned was so my wife and I could focus on getting settled into our new home and not worry about getting the place in order so we could get our deposit back. read more

I even bought a friend a gift certificate for cleaning (with old owners it did take over 3 months for her to be able to redeem it). ***New owners as of last 8-9 months, and the service is better than ever.*** Use for residential, carpet cleaning, spring cleaning and it's all consistently good. I regularly refer our friends & other business owners to use them. Owners are trust-worthy and are hiring good people: #1 criteria for me if I'm letting strangers into my home! I had commercially clean do 500 sqft and my stairs after I got a groupon. I couldn't be happier. Scheduling was a breeze and they were timely the day of the appointment. The man who did the job was super friendly. I had them add enzyme cleaner to the solution since we have 5 pets. This cost extra but it turned out so great, the carpet looks brand new, it feels great to walk on, and the whole house smells like oranges. He told us he got 11 pounds of animal hair up - and we have two rumbas that run everyday. I was floored. I will for sure have him back to do the upstairs and am seriously considering signing up to be a regular every 6 month customer because the house looks fabulous. Thanks again! read more

On April 19th 2016 I paid $300 for three of Commercially Clean's cleaners to come do what was specified as a move out clean for our rental house on base. On April 20th my husband and I came in to do touch up paint and ended up spending the next seven hours or so cleaning behind the cleaners. I wish I could post the pictures we took of all of the things they didn't clean, because it really was remarkable. They didn't touch the kitchen baseboards, did not mop the floors (or if they did, were not thorough), completely neglected to clean under the lip of the oven door and behind the knobs. Ceiling fan blades that I was told were "scrubbed" but that they were unable to get clean came away sparkling after a couple of passes with a Magic Eraser. They didn't touch underneath the dryer after specifically saying that they pulled out appliances and cleaned under them. The insides of cabinets and appliance seals were neglected, and even places where they'd obviously done some cleaning had to be cleaned again. There were still considerable marks, dust, and grime on the walls, light fixtures, and door frames. Everything came clean with a little bit of wiping with either paper towels, a Magic Eraser, or 409, a green Scotch Brite scrubber, and practically zero elbow grease. The next day I called them to complain, and literally spent almost the next month - in the midst of a move from AK to TX, driving from Seattle to San Antonio and visiting family in TN on the way down - being assured that our complaints were being passed on and that they would call me as soon as they could with a resolution. I never got one single phone call - or E-Mail, because I did send them our pictures - from Commercially Clean. On May 12th, once we were finally in TX and settled, I was finally forwarded to a gentleman named Jeff (unsure if he is an owner or just a supervisor) who seemed very offended that I was unhappy with the cleaning I received. He told me that there were some things, like the marks on the walls, that they instruct their cleaners not to scrub too hard because they might take paint off and it then becomes a liability issue. It didn't seem to matter that when my husband and I cleaned the house we didn't take one single tiny speck of paint off of anything, or that there were a multitude of things that didn't require any scrubbing at all, or weren't even painted. I honestly am not convinced he even looked at all of the pictures. He did agree to give me a partial refund of $75, which is less than I felt we deserved but I guess better than nothing, and while he wasn't outright rude during the phone call the tone of his voice told me that he could care less about the actual service I received and just wanted me to quit calling. I have my suspicions, because they knew we were military and knew we were moving out of state, that they thought if they just put me off long enough I would give up out of frustration. Oh, and despite having to flat out ask for one and being assured they would send it to me, I never did receive a receipt. To be fair, there were things that the cleaners did actually clean, and they probably deserve a star for that except for the abysmal customer service I received after they had my money. Also, their carpet cleaner (which is a separate service from the house cleaning) did an amazing job, which is why I've given two stars instead of one. read more

I purchased a groupon for my carpets. I had no expectations for the service. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were on time, efficient, and the carpets were cleaned better than two prior companies before them. I plan on using Commercially Clean from here on out for my carpet cleaning.
