I highly recommend Rent A Man. I was having an Easter gathering and wanted new flooring in my bathroom before the party. I randomly selected Rent A Man, and they were able to do it. Terry and Brandon came to my home and put in the new flooring and even replaced my 1980's toilette after hauling up (4 flights of stairs) a brand new sparkly one. A couple weeks later I had a leak under the kitchen sink. They were "Johnny on the Spot" and fixed it. In addition, they replaced all the burned out bulbs in my kitchen! Complete scam artist! Rent a man? How about they rent a life? Terry and Kimmy are complete scam artists. They hide mold and leave peoples health at stake. They both are completely disgusting with the work they do. I do not recommend them at all. They take advantage of people. Take your money and do everything the wrong way. Then they refuse to give you your money back! No partners but yet you and your gal pal work together?? I had a damaged dining room table top. It took several days to finish primarily because I changed my mind about the stain/color twice before settling on one I liked. Terry was so patient and assured me he'd stripped it down and re-stain "until I was happy". Terry arrived each day at the time we agreed to and he kept me abreast of his progress throughout the day. Another reviewer posted he would give them 10 stars, likewise I would also. He answered my call on same day. My jobs were not an emergency, but he scheduled job for 2 days later. Arrived on time. Terry worked on 1 job & Ryan worked on another job. Excellent work. Fast & efficient. Hourly rate is very reasonable. Where do I begin to let you know how bad Terry messed up my project? He did not show up on time. Does not communicate well and repeatedly admitted he had to use YouTube to figure out what to do next. I regret hiring him. I was supposed to get new steps but yet he used gorilla glue to make the wood stick? Does that even sound right? No. Avoid at all costs.
