Not the best place. Went here for the first time with a friend and wasn't impressed. Not super clean and didn't take their time at all. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done since November. I was really excited and look forward forward to it. The woman who did my pedicure was great. The one who did my nails didn't even do a manicure. And I was charged wayyyy too much for the job they did. Too bad. I'll post a picture of my nails now. This was suppose to be a treat especially because I'm 8 wks postpartum. I'm not sure when my next nail date will be. Probably will not go back. I was here THREE days ago and my nails already look like this! I have done nothing but sit in an airport and my families couch since I left here, there is no reason for all of this chipping and discoloration. Clearly the gel was not correctly applied since it's chipping off in such a short time. My toes are nowhere near shaped and clearly unevenly polished. This is absolutely unacceptable and I should not have had to pay $53 for this job. Always great service. Only downside is my gel polish always chips within a day or so, stick with acrylic or dip if you can. They do a great job!!! Pedicures are only so so right now due to Covid-19 restrictions. The staff are lovely, kind, and warm. I always enjoy being here. read more

Everytime I visit my mom she takes me to get our nails done and we always come here. It's clean, bright, and everyone is always friendly. I usually just get a gel manicure and my mom does a pedicure and a dip manicure (if you don't know what this is google it- it's pretty interesting; you get similar results to a gel nail without the lights). I've had my nails done by different nail artists and I've never been disappointed. They're also very patient (I'm a pretty indecisive person and can take a minute to choose my color). You can tell they spend their time with you and make sure you're happy with the results. As far as gel manicures, they have multiple colors to choose from and they use led lights. They also have massage chairs which I love. Parking is also easy- you can park in the street in the front or there's a lot in the back. You can pay with card but you should bring cash to tip. I paid for a premium pedicure. The people that work in the salon are very quiet and they are nice. Once I got home, I realized that the cuticles are messy and there were a bunch of thick silicone products on my feet that the lady used. Plus, my feet are super dry so I don't think my skin agreed with their products, which is more my problem not necessarily their problem. The massage I received as part of the premium pedicure was too rough for me. If you are sensitive, I recommend you stay away from the premium package and the massage. The salon was full of repeat customers so many people do enjoy this salon. read more

I can't say I feel one way or the other about this place. I went in without an appointment and they assisted me fairly quickly. Helen was my nail tech and while she was very friendly and did a fairly good job I did leave with some cuticle cuts and only 4 days later my gel is chipping when I usually get 2 weeks out of gel nails. The chips not big but it's there. Also have one on my thumb. Not sure if I would give them another try or not. read more

I love this place. The service here has always been top notch. I like that they're efficient and quick without sacrificing on the quality of service. I get gel manicures here often along with a pedicure almost every time. I'm in and outta there in under an hour if there's no wait. They've got girls and guys working here so it's very progressive and the best gel manicure I've gotten here was from a dude. Hashtag guy power? They've also got YouTube on their tv that's usually playing old school music from the 80's and 90's. I really should ask who's in charge of the playlist cuz it's da bomb. This is my 3rd time at my this salon. The first two were fine. Today was awful. Im 40 years old and cannot remember an experience this bad in over two decades of pedicures. Im not high maintenance at all. So this means a lot coming from me. I've never written a poor review for nails. These ladies work hard and deserve tons of praise normally but not today. The lady that did my nails was one of the older ladies in the group and wore a cap and glasses (in case Gatsby wants to provide her with more training or correction) She was not gentle at all. She jabbed my cuticles, causing me to jump several times, filed my nails too low and caused them to be red and stung when she poured some solution on that I assume was alcohol? She used her long nails to stab into my toes while painting them. Normally I love a relaxing pedi. This one hurt to say thShe attempted a gel French pedicure and had trouble drawing a straight line and had to get help from another lady who worked there. It took 20 minutes longer than it usually does because she had to correct so many mistakes in the process. She wasn't careful when she put the UV light machine over my foot and scuffed up the polish. The other foot was messed up when she dropped a brush on it. The whole thing was a disaster. She kept showing me my feet and saying "ok?" And I would reply no, it doesn't look good. It's not straight. It looked like I did it myself. I had to turn off the back massager so my foot would be extra still for her. Sorry Gatsby but you need to make sure your ladies know how to do this very basic pedi. They called me and made it right so I changed it to 4 stars. I appreciate the customer service read more

My mother went to get her nails done with my cousin. The pedicurist was rough and my mom had asked him to be more gentle. After returning home she went into the pool and noticed a burning sensation on her heel. I immediately took pictures and called into the salon to let them know. After sending pictures I was told I would hear back. Nothing happened and no one ever contacted us. Please be safe if you go here and make sure they properly care for you. I went from having the worst (done in Oregon) to the BEST gel manicure (regular pedicure) I've ever had. I have regular places I've gone to in Arcadia and a few high end places in Santa Monica etc but this was the best! I would've given them 5 stars for the manicure alone but not only was my nail tech nothing short of perfection, the customer service of every employee I interacted with was far superior to anywhere else I've been. They gave cold bottled water to every client and made sure we were comfortable at every turn even when I didn't notice! (My right hand was awkwardly resting in a bowl to the right while the tech was working on my left hand and the tech doing my pedicure readjusted the bowl so I could change the angle of my right arm to a more comfortable position and I didn't even realize.) The tech who did my manicure didn't ask if I wanted a third coat like other places, she already knew it needed it. She could've been a little more gentle and attentive on the massage part like the pedicure tech as it was quite rough and short and the LED lights were very painful after the initial gel coats (a few seconds of feeling like my fingers were being cooked to death- made me cringe in pain) but that's all I can say and the results were totally worth it. The fact that each employee was so aware and caring of their clients comfort was amazing. Whoever manages this place does an outstanding job. Thank you for my favorite manicure EVER! Their gel stays on for weeks and doesn't peel (this is based off of about 5 manicures now) and one of the best things about them is their color selection. This review is more so a "Thank you" to the employees who work here and the owner. It's beyond difficult to find a nail salon that is consistent with quality and treats their customers with genuine kindness. Now a days there is a plethora of nail salons typically between 2 block radius of eachother that really just get the job done sort of speak. (nothing special ever, really if your lucky just satisfactory) and they typically tend to be expensive too to add insult to injury; I've been a victim of these types of salons. I get my nails and pedicures usually done once a week and when I can pull myself away from my hectic schedule at the least it's important to me that it's a pleasant time, or at least partially like the color or shape. Normally I only get lucky with one. It's difficult, that makes this shop definitely a rarity. I not only enjoyed my time here but my color stayed vibrant and didn't chip, and the shape was perfect!! Natural and narrow... almost coffin but not. The ladies who work here specifically Sophie are so beyond pleasant. We chatted the whole time, the kindness and genuine positive energy is felt right away. Not to mention the cleanliness definitely stands out here. This Wonderful shop which indeed is now my go to shop just opened and I was looking forward probably the most I ever have to leave a review. They are deserving of the 5 stars, I honestly would recommended this shop to anyone looking to leave happy, with their shape, color and time. So happy to have an amazing nail place that's affordable and right near my house. The aesthetic is lovely and comfy and they do amazing work. I haven't had acrylics done in a very long time but I came in with a picture of what I wanted and they gave me exactly that!
