We took our kids to Game Time and decided to go eat at their restaurant. There was no one at the host station. We were a party of 6 people; 2 adults and 4 kids. We had 6 people come by to say someone will be with us. It took us 15 mins before we were seated and there was no one in front of us. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. And all the drinks got there 15 minutes later. A half an hour went by and the waiter said our food will be right up. After an hour passed we were told the same thing. We said if our food doesn't come in another 15 minutes we'd pay for the drinks and leave. Someone came by shortly after that and said people called in sick and then someone else came by and said it's all the mothers orders ahead of ours. There weren't that many people in the place. We ordered 4 kids meals and 2 appetizers for the 2 adults. Finally, after 1 1/2 hours later, the food came to our table. It was cold and looked as if it were sitting there for the entire time we were waiting there. We've had enough and complained and they paid our ticket and we left. My family is so happy they finally put something like this in the area! We had a great time here. All of the workers were so nice & attentive, the food was good & prices were great! They have happy hour Mon-Friday from 4-8 & drinks are half price. The eat & play is only $16.99 & includes a $15 game card. Everyone was satisfied with their food (The cucumber martini was my favorite ) This is a new establishment so everyone is still learning & I think they were short handed on bartenders so our drinks took a while to arrive, but the manager noticed & gave us an extra game card for waiting patiently. They had a nice variety of games, mini bowling & the prizes were pretty cool too! AWESOME PLACE! Decided to visit GameTime Ocoee after having a great time in GameTime Fort Myers. Was pleased to see the place was huge and filled with a ton of fun games. The two managers I met (Mike and Kendric) were super friendly and helped me redeem the tickets we had saved for some awesome prizes including a new XBOX. When the swiper wasn't working on the Flying Tickets game, Kendric opened up the machine and put a new swiper in to ensure I could play. Great service, great staff, great prizes. Worst experience ever booking a party. This place is so unorganized. I booked my sons b day party spent $500 to have them run out of candles and not be able to find lighters thank goodness one of my guests had one in his car. They tried to turn it around and say that when we order the cake from them we should bring the candles but then later apologized saying they swore they ordered more candles but couldn't find any. After the kids eat and have their cake which they have been waiting an hour to get to play. We had 16 kids in total well 8 of those blue cards didn't work! Took 2 hours and 4 calls to cooperate to get them to finally work meanwhile 3 of my guests just paid a card out of pocket from kids seeings other kids that's legit 2 hours in total of a hot mess! And once we all thought was fixed and good to go well 5 of the red cards didn't work and the manager told us they couldn't fix it we would just have to contact cooperate on Monday to complain. The whole system is so messed up. It's ridiculous that a worker cannot even be trusted to create a game card for a child that you paid for without having to call cooperate. This is so unacceptable. I would not recommend booking a birthday party with them. If you go to this place for games that's totally fine as you can just load your card up yourself with the machine but not from a birthday party. The manager told us after the red cards weren't working we could just buy them from the machine and then contact cooperate for a refund, what a joke honestly spent 2 hours just trying to fix all the problems and didn't even get to spend time playing myself with my birthday child. Never again will I book a birthday party for any of my children at this location. I feel like they should of handled it differently if they could verify the cards were working ahead of time and make sure that they are fully stocked on birthday supplies if they run out then give us the parents time to even go out to the store and buy it if they did run out. But overall spending $500 on a party to have all this go wrong and have people lie to you and basically say you paid for it but it's not working oh well we can't do anything as cooperate doesn't trust their own employees is pretty sad and frustrating. 5 kids of the party couldn't even play their prize games and they wouldn't even fix it just said to call cooperate on Monday. The manager was not helpful and rude he clearly didn't care nor wanted to fix the solution. read more

I regret that a 1star is the lowest score I can give the restaurant at this location. Since this was not their "soft opening" I expected they would have learned from previous bad reviews and made changes; sadly, they appear to have learning nothing. Yesterday we had a reservation for 2:15 and were not seated until 2:45. Even the employees in the arcade section kept apologizing. Understaffed? Not prepared? Then tell people to not waste their time at your restaurant. Once seated the wait staff could not even get the drink order delivered correctly. Of course, this is after we had to beg them to even come over to our table (4 Mothers on Mother's Day, 4 children, 4 male adults). We wrote the drink order down for them and they still got it wrong and then told us that we were wrong...it was in writing--our writing since we had already waited so long. We could not get anyone to bring us setups which should have been indicative of the 4 hour wait we had for food to arrive--none of it was correct wither. After 4 hours three people in our party still had not received their food. This is inexcusable. The restaurant was not full or crowded. The wait staff, managers, and both front and back of house were obviously poorly trained which is a reflection on the owner and corporate staff. We finally got a set up when one of our folks went and brought them back to the table--yes, your employee just handed her 12 set ups to bring to the table. Seriously? We did hear a lot of excuses for the poor service and a lot of "I am so sorry" from different people. The problem is being sorry is useless unless you do something about it. It appeared no one was willing to actually walk into the kitchen to see what was going on (they kept sending one poor waiter to deliver messages to us because the manager was too busy trying to apologize to everyone else in the restaurant that day). The food came out in a staggered manner--first, wings and a chicken/rib combo (which was cold), then about 30 minutes later my improperly cooked burger, and the two children's pizzas (none with the ordered sides), and finally we all gave up. After 4.5 hours we gave up (three meals never delivered to the table) and management who were too busy to actually stop and talk to us--"walk by" management is a very poor management style. All they had to do was say that they couldn't handle a group of 12 people (which is pretty sad for a place that specializes in events) and we could have gone somewhere else to eat. When we asked for a check it took 45 minutes to get one and then more excuses. I would never eat at this restaurant again and will ensure that all of my many friends know what a sad experience we had on MOTHER's DAY. It is truly sad that someone made the decision to open this restaurant when it was not ready. You endangered customers with poorly and improperly cooked food, your wait staff who had to deal with multiple tables of unhappy patrons, and the reputation of your company. Obviously, your greed was larger than your desire to run a quality business. Lastly, retrain your managers and tell them to actually talk to patrons before we are blowing steam from being ignored. It really sucks that I have to write this. This is a great place to play but not to eat. Took my twins here for their 5th grade graduation. Spent o her $125. We left hungry. I honestly did not feel like sending the food back due to the fact that I already know that it sucks and won't get much better. My daughter was able to eat her fries and chicken fingers but the other "3" meals were left on the table unfortunately. I am done wasting money on food. Service was on point until our food was served and then we didn't see her again until we were about 10 minutes finished with our meal. I came here for my first time at 11:00 am opening and I was pleasantly greeted with well knowledgeable staff. She explained the card system and we purchased the 100$ card, which was a deal for 700 coins. I shared this card with 4 people and we played for about 2 hours. They have a very clean large facility, and a wide variety of new games. At the end we had around 5,000 tickets which were digital which was nice because we did not have to carry around stuff. We cashed in for some cool prizes, and had a blast!!! We will be back definitely. read more

My son went to a birthday party here last night. They would not allow him to bring in an allergen free meal because they have a policy of no outside food. They were insistent they could make him an allergy free dinner in their restaurant, even though it is a shared kitchen and they do not even publish any allergen information on their menu or website. He had to leave the bday party to eat his food in the car! They were also very rude about it arguing with me, interrupting me and even laughing at me. Why is it that every other party location we've been to can accommodate kids with food allergies but they won't? Last minute decision to try this place to watch some college football. Not impressed. The bar/dining area was not busy and it took forever to get drink refills (beers). When we did order food, it took 45 minutes for two burgers and fries. Then, one of the burgers was prepared wrong. ANOTHER 15 minutes for the correct order. There was a point where it took 20 minutes to get a round of drinks. Then there was two incidents where a waitress was yelling at a manager in front of customers. We had not been and wanted to experience GameTime. We arrived at 1:30pm and did not get a server until almost 2pm. No utensils. No water. Absolutely nothing for close to 30 minutes. When spoke with a manager at 2:40 and he "apologized" stating there was nothing he could do, they were working on it. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Sunday 8/18/19 was my 43rd birthday and when asked what I wanted to do the answer was "Adult time at Game time" So my fiance, my two adult children and myself went for lunch. I was eagerly anticipating my Island Mango Mojito (because they are amazing) and finally it arrived. When i looked at the glass there was little black stuff floating around in it so I looked closer when he handed me my glass.. Turns out that the little black stuff was coming from this giant blob of rotten, moldy mint that the bartender put in there.. She clearly shook the drink with it in there too because it was all through my glass. I waited for the server to notice me and called him over. He asked what was wrong, I said well, Would you drink this? He says uuuhhhh no, I said "well its disgusting and completely unacceptable, in fact I'm so disgusted I dont even want another one, I'll just have a diet coke.. He took it to the bar, Showed it to who appeared to be the manager and then the bartender.. they checked another drink before it went out and the server came back with a diet coke.. Came here for date night with my fiancé. The drink specials for happy hour are great! However, the cocktail my fiancé ordered, a mango mojito, tasted strictly like mango purée. Stick to wine or beer so you know what you are getting and your in for a great deal! We ordered a salad and chicken strips for dinner with the dine and play deal. Definitely a great promotion for dinner and 60 game credits for $16. The food tasted great, however, towards the end we noticed my Cobb salad did not have egg. We asked a manager if it was supposed to come with egg and he said "no" quickly and walked away. We checked back on the menu where we remembered it saying egg and in fact on the menu it said it included egg. We see the same manager again (the managers do not wear name tags so name is unknown) and let him know the menu says egg. Instead of admitting to being incorrect he says "oh ok thank you" without any sort of apology or recognition that he had been wrong. We let another manager know of how the situation was handled and he was very apologetic of how the situation took place!
