This was my second time in. It was great fun for the kids. I didn't like that some of the machines were broken so we couldn't play those games. I was dissatisfied with the customer service and the wings. I asked for them to be crispy and the young lady that was taking my order said she recorded my request but I don't think she did. She kind of rushed me and then the wings came out soft. I could see some of the staff goofing around inside of the kitchen. Doesn't seem like they cared either. They are teens but it's time to grow up and take something seriously for once. Our drinks were good (we ordered Halloween drinks not pictured) and other fried apps were good. I'd go here again but I will definitely skip the wings. We went on a Saturday evening. It wasn't very busy but the customer service could have been better. They had good music playing. I feel this is West Orlando's best kept secret. Gametime in Ocoee on 50 W. is such a gem. I love going there on Thursdays because they have that all you can play game pass which is currently $15 per person. They have so many fun games and the staff is always extremely helpful. My friend accidentally got a wrong pass and they helped him correct it within minutes no fuss no issues. We played games for about two hours and the place has that retro meets modern arcade vibe it's lively and there's always something fun to do. Once we got thirsty, we headed to the bar to get some drinks. They have a great selection and a full bar and if you're hungry, they even have some yummy food. We have been to both this location and the one near Margaritaville 192 Kissimmee. This is a much nicer and cleaner location with better games. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Let's start with the food, my partner and I ordered wings(12 pieces) with honey bbq and garlic Parmesan cheese sauce. They are pretty small wings his bbq wings came good but unfortunately mines the garlic Parmesan cheese it was not well cook because there's still blood each of the wings that's disappointing. Their happy hour is 50% off cocktails/beer and is a great value especially for beer. The server was nice and advised us when happy hour was ending so we could get our last minute drink orders in, which we appreciated. Portion sizes seem to have been cut in half... My wife got buffalo chicken Mac and cheese which she said was ok, but very small portion for the price.... The place is very clean and the employees are accommodating and pleasant. The BIG PROBLEM is that four out of the first six games that we played did not work properly. After every malfunction we had to go up to the counter and have the manager adjust our game card. It was a very friendly exchange. He did not show surprise or concern that the games were broken. We went to this location this past Wednesday just to get out of the house and celebrate with some friends. When I first arrived in the restaurant area, there were two tables with the families of four or five at each table. The bar area was full, so we sat at the high table after asking the waitress if it was OK she said yes. Within 15 minutes the two tables had cleared out so it was just myself two others and a child sitting in the restaurant portion. The service took forever for her to come take our order and then the food came out in a reasonable time however the drinks took forever. It was during happy hour and the waitress specifically stated happy hour is from 4 to 8. All drinks are half off so we were like cool this is great. We're sitting we're drinking. The children are out playing the games. And it's time to leave so we asked for the checks. The drinks were not discounted. There was a gentleman at the bar stating that his check was not discounted drinks and he asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over didn't want to listen to the gentleman nor myself and then he stated I discounted y'all 10 drinks. He made the assumption that we were all together because we were all people of color, and we were not. Then he trespass the gentleman because he was disputing his check nowhere does it say you're only allowed to have 10 drinks during happy hour pricing! We went in for their Dine & Play option and headed straight to the restaurant which was on our right upon entrance. There were 3 people at the front but none of them acknowledged us for 5 minutes until one of them just couldn't avoid us anymore and seated us. The only thing that made up for this horrible first impression was our waiter, Jaime. He went above and beyond for us and he was a joy to have around. He took care of us and never let us go hungry or thirsty. That was probably the only reason they got four stars instead of 2-3 stars. At first glance we were impressed walking in. The location seems spacious and there were lots of games. The restaurant is immediately on your right and had tons of tvs playing all sorts of sports. We had reservations for my nieces birthday. They sat us and after perusing the menu it looked like there were some good options. And they had a special menu where you could give your opinion to see if the item they were testing would make it to the menu. They had some good deals for meal/game play packages. And for me, that's where any good of this place stopped. We were greeted immediately and our waiter took our orders. Then we waited almost 30 minutes to get our beverages. I mean, not even the waters came out. I realize if you order alcohol it can take longer. But the soft drinks and waters should have come out immediately. Disappointing to say the least. I tried to order Smirnoff vodka was told they only carried Tito's and Absolut. Again disappointing, but mostly bizarre that those would be the only 2 vodka options. I opted for water. That brings us to the food. Which we ordered at the same time as the drinks and came out about 10 minutes after the drinks. We did not order any apps. There were a mix of choices including a few burgers, chicken and waffles, a salad, a pulled pork sandwich, and then my choice, the shrimp burger. In all my years of being a Yelp Elite I have never been served raw food. Until now. I was happily eating my food when about halfway through I noticed an odd texture. When I looked at the sandwich the shrimp was raw. I don't mean a little under. I mean completely not cooked. It was all I could do not to vomit. After all the time we waited for our meals you would have thought my shrimp burger, and shrimp is quick cooking to say the least, would be cooked through. Nope. So gross. We alerted the waiter. The manager didn't even bother to come apologize to me. Disgusting customer service. They did take it off our check but the reason they printed on the receipt for the comp was "customer didn't like it". No, it was raw. RAW. I would never eat here again. Man!!! This is truly a hidden Gem!!! I was in shock that the food was so good at a gaming place. It took a lil whole because they were pretty busy and only had one server for a bit... but she was doing (Daniela) a great job holding it down on her own. The wait was worth it because the food was so fresh and good quality. The chicken fingers tasted freshly cooked and not frozen. The pizza was delicious! The Parmesan wings are a MUST! And the Buffalo wings were perfect!! Just how I like them, not drenched but the perfect amount of sauce and flavor. Oh and you can tell the mozzarella sticks were fresh too!! Let's just say we ordered take out from Rock n Brews today and were disappointed. Decided to take my 5yrd old son and my daughter who just turned 1 here to celebrate. I've been to this location before, but I have never eaten here. I got there around 4:30pm and it was really slow. No host/hostess was around but I believe they were helping someone with an application. (This wait was minimal) Once we got seated we had high chair immediately and our server came by to take our drink orders. We had some questions on the Dine and Play and while the explanation was sufficient we were still a bit confused. Note: For the Dine and Play, you are effectively purchasing a $15 play card and getting your meal for $1. This isn't a bad deal, but the card runs out quickly. Look for the Dine and play simple on the menu. We had the Buffalo chicken wrap, Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Vegetables (Broccoli), Kids Chicken Tenders and the Monterey Chicken. I have to say, I was very impressed with the food and originally didn't expect to enjoy the food as much as we did. (I made the assumption it would be good similar to Chuck E Cheese, I was gladly wrong). We did not have any drinks, but they did have happy hour and some specials going on. I think this is a great business for the Ocoee area. I did not have expectations of gourmet food going here, but the food selection and items are good. They offer a combo option, so for $16.99 I was able to order my grilled chicken club sandwich and get a $15 game card. My husband did the Takeout Mandarin Chicken. He said he enjoyed the food and it was cute that the item came out in an upside down Chinese takeout box. The kids ordered a cheese pizza with broccoli and a hot dog with french fries. The pizza came out a little more cooked then my daughter would have liked it. There was plenty for her to eat so it was not a big deal. My other daughter ate all of her food and enjoyed it. The food did seem to take longer than expected, but there were TVs with sports and shows on and the kids were coloring so we did not mind too much. We did order a cocktail and I was not a fan of the way they mixed their margaritas. We did try the amaretto mudslide and that was delicious. The game area had plenty of workers monitoring the floor, answering questions, and helping. The area was clean and the games were a lot of fun. We ended up with 3 $15 cards. One of the cards was for the bowling. Note that the picture is a bit deceiving since these are mini lanes. Kids still loved it, but it is not a full bowling lane. A group of us came in on a Monday night for a friend's birthday celebration. The place is hit or miss on different aspects. It has a lot of potential and they have only been open a little over a month at this point so they are likely working out some kinks. The positives: Monday through Friday they have a great happy hour. Happy hour lasts until 8 and drinks are half off during that time. Mike and Julian behind the bar are treasures. Both are kind, friendly, and on top of their game. The bar was understaffed so wait times were long, but it was no fault of Mike. He was literally running from one side of the bar to the other to try to fulfill orders and the smile never left his face. The other positive for us was that the games had pretty much no wait time. It was dead. Not good for business, but great for a patron. It would be a good time to give this place a shot. The games are in good condition since the place is new. There's a good variety of arcade style games. Think of a slightly smaller Dave & Buster's. Definitely worth checking out this portion. The negatives: poor staffing and food service. The hungry members of our party left to go get food elsewhere before coming back to play. The food wait time was extremely long. There were many open tables, but they are very understaffed. Additionally there was an invasion of fruit flies hovering near the bar area, but our awesome bartender did say they were spraying for them that evening. It just seems like there was disorganization in general. Overall this place is new and is likely trying to work out the kinks of a fresh business. The food was the same but the wait was longer. Some people in our party of 10 had gotten through there whole meal while others were still waiting for theirs to arrive. Granite, we came on a Friday night for a party of 10. The restaurant itself had a few larger birthday parties and other celebrations also going on probably making the service staff and the kitchen even more confused with all the hustle and bustle in the dining area. Coming here was a last minute decision once it started to pour on the way to the park. I took advantage of the $16.99 game card deal which was pretty cool I guess. Our server Kameron was great and very friendly. We got the BYOBx2 and the loaded cheese fries . The presentation was a surprise as I was not really expecting restraunt type fare. Personally I've had better cheese fries, but since I was not really there for me or for the food, I will say no more. The only only complaint I really had was the fact that all the employees (mostly high school aged kids) just stood around together by the bar just having very loud personal conversations. I felt like I was more at a high school hangout than a restraunt with a fully functioning bar. It just seemed unprofessional to me. I get that's what happens when you hire a bunch of teenagers to work, but still, give them a break room or something, please and thanks.
