We hosted an event for work a few weeks ago here. We estimated roughly 30-40 people and were set up with several bays on the top deck. We had our event catered with their food options which were absolutely delicious. The charcuterie tray, wings, and meatballs were definitely a hit. While it was very hot that day, they had fans to help keep us comfortable. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. They were super attentive and on top of our rather large group. Highly recommend this establishment if you have an event or just want to come on a night out. read more

Definitely a busy spot, we got there around 10pm and sat the bar while waited for our bay. It was pretty busy and they had the fifa game on at the bar. If you've never been, the golfing is outdoor so be prepared for Florida heat even outside. Got a bloody mary and salad and my husband got a Sam Adam's beer and Mediterranean trio. Unfortunately there was a hair in my salad which was super gross (obviously). We let the bartender know and he apologized and took the salad and bloody mary off the tab. Which was kind of them. He offered another salad but at that point I was a little turned off. Other that mishap we had a great time playing and everything else. And the staff was definitely nice. Top Golf is located off of Universal Blvd and Convention Way, it has a very spacious parking lot. They have a full indoor bar and restaurant, rooftop terrace, three floors and over 100 bays that fit up to 6 players. When you arrive you check in, your bay is assigned. The server will initially stop by to greet you, take your food and drink order, they provide you with a tutorial (if needed) and will give you time to get acquainted with your space, choose your game and club (bring your own set If you want). The servers are friendly, will stop bye often to check up on you. The food is (what I would say) elevated bar food, yummy and satisfying. This place is as fun as you make it, and competitive as you want it to be. Here you can make moments into memories while out with the family, or meeting up with friends, enjoying a day date or date night. read more

Our first time here for a birthday gathering. We had a great time, the bays were comfortable. We initially reserved 4 bays, two had table and chairs and two were set up like a louge area with lounge seating and a table. Our server Ammar was simply amazing, he provided excellent service. Surprisingly, the food and drinks were very good. Our reserved 4 bays also meant we had to spend a certain amount in food which was very much worth it. One of our bays went completely unused and we were given a partial credit by the manager, who was very helpful to our group. Definitely worth another trip. read more

Walking up the stairs to enter TopGolf everything looks really nice. We booked a reservation online so once we got to the counter the worker directed us to our bay, all within 2 mins. I highly recommend doing a reservation online. Once in our bay a worker showed us how to log in and then our waitress greeted us and took our order. All the workers at Top Golf have amazing customer service. We ordered a Funday Faves Platter which came with a little bit of everything. While we were playing the food was taking forever to come out and when it did it was cold. I advised my server and she was super apologetic and assured me she would fix it. Even a manager came to apologize and even gave us 15 more mins of playtime. Once the food came out it was hot and delicious. Other than the delay for our food we had an amazing experience. Even with that hiccup it wasn't that big of a deal because everyone was eager to fix the issue and nice. Food, golf, and customer service 10/10. read more

As someone who enjoys hosting and attending networking events, this was a great environment for both business conversations and entertainment. The atmosphere was great! The music was playing, but it wasn't too loud, so we could still have conversations comfortably. The facility was very clean, and our waiter was friendly and helpful when recommending food. I ordered a margarita that was super refreshing (honestly, I probably would've ordered a second if I wasn't there for work). We also shared a platter, and the mac and cheese balls were definitely my favorite. Brian and his team are doing an amazing job here at Top Golf. Make sure you bring your golf gloves so that you don't hurt your hands in this hot summer heat. If you reserve your table in advanced, I would do it. And if you have any game cards, I would bring them so that you're not desperately searching for your info in the system like I was. The food was just so so but I suppose that is to be expected from an entertainment venue. We had a great time playing the classic game and the Angry Birds game. Went to check out this location over last weekend just to tab a bite and see the place. We heave been to the Miami location for a company gathering and it's definitely a fun spot overall. My family and I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, say around 3pm. We ordered potato wedges with buffalo chicken, a cob salad, boneless chicken wings, a kids burger, and drinks. Loved the potatoes! Salad was good and nicely served, had boneless because it was a larger portion than with bone- (also good: lemon pepper flavor ). Kids burger I had to eat it, because it was kind of dry and not dry tasty . So my kid was left hungry... it was disappointing that the order took t least 30 minutes before it came out. They told us that the kitchen was backed up... bummer . Great views and parking. Fun games to play nice store with goodies at reasonable prices. I surprised my husband for his birthday with a night at Topgolf Orlando, inviting a few friends to join us. He's an avid golfer, so I thought this would be a fun twist--he had no idea where we were going until the Uber dropped us off. The location itself is cute, right off I-Drive near Universal Studios, with plenty of parking (though we didn't need it since we were dropped at the front door). Check-in & Atmosphere: Check-in was easy, and while we waited for our bay, we grabbed drinks and appetizers at the bar. The bartender downstairs, Prince, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and made sure our food followed us upstairs once our bay was ready. Our bay (308) was private and spacious enough for six people, which was nice. The Downsides: Unfortunately, the seating was a major issue. The chairs had no cushioning, and sitting for a couple of hours left me sore the next day. Food service was also very slow--it took over an hour for basic appetizers like wings, sliders, and nachos to arrive, and by then we were nearly ready to leave. Drinks at the bay were watered down and overly sweet, which was disappointing. I also asked for a birthday celebration for my husband, but it didn't happen until nearly two hours later, after we had already moved to the rooftop bar. The timing felt awkward, and the rooftop itself wasn't enjoyable--the fire pit smelled strongly of gas but wasn't lit, and there was no service outside. The Highlights: The best part of the night was heading back downstairs to the main bar. Prince truly made the evening fun--he joked with us, joined in our banter, and kept the energy lighthearted. Our group ended up ordering more food and drinks there, and that's where we really enjoyed ourselves. Overall: Topgolf Orlando is a cute spot with a fun vibe, but the poor seating, slow food service, and lackluster drinks made the experience less enjoyable. Prince downstairs saved the night with his great personality and service, but overall, I'd rate this visit two stars. We had fun in the moment, but I wouldn't rush back. read more

What a cool venue . I was invited to attend an event here and I'm so glad I accepted because it was so much fun! I'd play mini golf before but never played golf like this! I played 3 games and loved that each one you can choose between beginners , intermediate and hard and then pick your theme like Sonic the hedgehog or angry birds and much more. Once you are assigned your lane, your server provides drink and food menus to open a tab. The food was really good and I loved the variety of alcoholic beverages as well. Service was excellent and I definitely look forward to coming back for more date nights, family time and even work events. I've been to multiple Toogolf locations all over the country. The Orlando location is definitely one of the bigger locations I've been to. I got into golf the past few years and found out about Orlando's seasonal leagues and had to join. They have one pretty much every season except during summer and lasts for about eight weeks (give or take depending on holidays and if there are buyouts). They are in Monday's from 6-9PM and you can sign up as a group of up to 8 or as a solo player to be grouped with other solos. Doing these leagues have helped me gain consistency in my golf swing; which is great as the games are challenging enough but not intimidating for a newbie. Kim is one of my favorite server in this location! She always is so welcoming and fun to be around. She's also very attentive and remembers your preferences as a regular. Lexie is one of the league hosts and is great at explaining the various games for the week. Food is also pretty good! I always go for their Buffalo Chicken Dip and their Kids Chicken Bites if I'm feeling a bit more hungry. I also really liked the donut bites and was a good amount per order. I also had their cookie skillet which is delicious but definitely made to share. read more

Came here for a team building event for a management summit. Staff here did their best to take care of us. They struggled to get out the first round of drinks but it was a single wait staff assigned. Once he got going it was pretty smooth. The catered food was much better than I was expecting. Really liked their Mac and cheese. If I could go every day to crush balls, sip a drink, and goof off with friends, I would -- and honestly, I've tried. It's my kind of fun: a big, loud, social playground where anyone can enjoy golf -- even if you've never picked up a club. That's the magic of Topgolf. The irony? I'm actually good at golf... yet I score fewer points than my friend who swings like he's trying to swat a fly. And that's exactly why I love this place. It's less about perfect form and more about shared laughs, competition, and moments you'll remember. But this visit? Felt more like a bogey than a birdie. Here's why: The service missed the fairway - Our server was basically MIA for most of the night. I ordered a Blue Moon and waited quite a bit. When I asked for a second one, it took even longer. I get that the bar was backed up and servers are juggling a ton of bays -- but when your one drink takes nearly the whole session to arrive, it's frustrating. Not mad... just disappointed. Heat index: Unplayable lie - It was 90+ degrees outside, and we were sweating like we'd just played 18 at noon in Florida in July (which... we basically did). One small fan was barely moving air between the bays, and it felt like survival mode out there. More fans, misting systems, something -- please. Ball distances? Suspect at best - Pro tip: if you know your club distances, bring your expectations down a notch. I brought my own clubs, and my 4-iron magically lost 30 yards. The Topgolf balls just don't fly the same. No shame in it, just something to be aware of if you're chasing accuracy. The good stuff still holds strong - The games are creative and fun (they had Fantastic Four mode this time -- loved it). Food was solid, drinks were tasty (when they arrived), and the app makes the whole process smooth. You don't go to Topgolf for a fine dining experience or to be waited on hand and foot -- you go to bond, laugh, and hit balls into giant targets while arguing about who's cheating. So yes, I still absolutely recommend Topgolf. It's a great time and still one of my favorite group hangout spots. But this round didn't quite stick the landing. Final score: 4 stars. I love the energy at TopGolf. My goto meal is the chicken ceasar salad and/or buffalo chicken dip. The angry birds game is my fave. I've gone so many times that I've built a connection with some of the staff and even party with them when DJ sraellami is on the 1s and 2s. Imagine a nightclub or lounge with great food, music, and golf. It can get a little pricey so make sure you and your party have payments figured out. Went to Top golf during our family vacation in Orlando, we were a party of 12 people. We made reservations online but it doesn't give you an option to pick what floor you want to be on. When we arrived they told us that the first floor was the only one available for the next two hours, we were requesting the third floor to get the optimal experience with the view. Paige the manager was very polite and helpful, she had a last minute cancellation and was able to accommodate us on the third floor. The food and drinks were great! The family had a great time! Top Golf in Orlando was a great time! We reserved 3 bays for 12 people and customer service helped us get them all together. The only caveat was that you couldn't reserve more than one bay on the app. There are a ton of games to play too! The food was good serving up boneless wings and pretzel bites. Before we even got to order, we were asked for a credit card to be placed on file. That completely caught me off guard. The server didn't explain why, just said she needed one. I've dined at plenty of places and never had to hand over a credit card before ordering. Luckily, a family member who had visited a different Topgolf location mentioned this might be their standard policy to avoid unpaid tabs. If that's the case, fine--but that needs to be clearly communicated. Customers should not feel uneasy about where their personal information is going or how it's being stored. In today's world, handing over your card info without any explanation or reassurance about security is not something I'm okay with. If there's ever a breach, I'd be very concerned. As for the food--it was mediocre at best. I've been to the Jacksonville, FL location in the past and remember enjoying the food there, but that was not the case in Orlando. Everything tasted thrown together. Portion sizes were small for the price, and honestly, I didn't feel like I got much value. I get that it's Orlando and prices are often inflated, but this felt like overpriced bar food with no effort behind it. We ordered a mix of items: chicken sandwich, fries, chicken bites, turkey club, lemon pepper wings, nachos, and shrimp tacos. Nothing really stood out flavor-wise. On top of that, the food took an unusually long time to come out--and this was while the restaurant side wasn't even busy. Our server disappeared for a while after taking our order, so there wasn't much communication or updates while we waited. She did check on us later, but the initial wait made the whole experience feel disorganized and slow. All in all, I wouldn't come back to this location. Maybe, maybe, I'd swing by for a few golf swings if I was with a group--but definitely not for the food or service. If you're looking for a fun golf experience and a decent bite, I'd suggest going elsewhere--maybe even just a good mini golf spot with nearby restaurants. read more

There's always something that reminds me why I haven't been back to Top Golf Orlando in a while -- and tonight just sealed it once again. I decided Top Golf would be a fun outing with friends for my birthday. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. First, let's talk about the price. Our party of six easily spent over $500 in just two hours. Between food, drinks, and the outrageous cost for a bay, it's not a cheap outing. And for that price, you expect a certain level of service and experience. Our original server was fantastic -- shoutout to her. Knowing there was a shift change coming, we made sure to cash out early to reward her excellent service. Unfortunately, that's where things fell apart. Despite it being a dead Saturday night (seriously, entire sections were empty and staff members were hitting balls at other bays for fun), after our two-hour playing window ended, we were basically asked to leave because of an alleged "upcoming reservation." Mind you, no crowd waiting, no packed parking lot, nothing. Instead of allowing a group that was happily eating, drinking, and ready to spend more to continue enjoying themselves, we were pushed out for no good reason. It felt rude, unnecessary, and completely soured the evening. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Customer service should be the hallmark of any business -- especially one charging these kinds of prices. On a slow night, wouldn't you want to encourage guests to stick around and keep spending? Instead, they chose to rush us out for no apparent reason. There are plenty of better places to have a good time in Orlando -- places that value their guests. Sadly, Top Golf Orlando isn't one of them. read more

Topgolf is one of my favorite group hang out places to go! You can easily take an outing that would otherwise add up very quickly and make it affordable depending on the number of people you go with! I came here with my family to get out and do something fun before it got too hot outside. As always the staff is very attentive, and they have a good feel for when to check in throughout the game. For food we opted for the Patty melt, and the chicken sandwich and subbed out the fries for their yummy tater tots! I love a crispy golden tot, and Topgolf knows how to do it right! My chicken sandwich was nicely seasoned and was gone before I knew it lol! It was the perfect fuel to get me going during the game! Well, we were looking for somewhere to enjoy a nice day and some food, I remembered that top golf is running a half off golf during the week. Perfect, we show up and the facility is beautiful, well maintained. Everyone was very friendly, we got a bay almost immediately and went to settle in. Kyle was our server, he came by, gave us the safety speech, and got us started. We started off with a couple of drinks and some guacamole and chips. Drinks were strong and good, and the guacamole was very good and fresh. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures today, but that's okay. The golf play is fun, even if you aren't a golfer, there is a little something for everyone. We then split the turkey club, great choice. I will be back for that alone, great bacon, turkey, and just a good, big, sandwich. Kyle was right there making sure everything was great. I highly recommend giving it a shot, it's a lot of fun for the family and a great way to enjoy the Florida weather, get a little exercise, have some fun and good food. read more

The food is normal pub food but still have not had any issues with it. If you can squeeze in during the half off days, that's even better. Love Top Golf! Recently visited twice at the Orlando location. Once with the FSI conference and once with my family. Both events were spectacular and really enjoyed our stay.
