3.5 stars We had our Christmas event here again and it was a blast getting to see everyone, eat together and then kick their butts playing games. The meal provided was tacos with cubed chicken, cut up chicken breast with peppers and onions and ground meat, they had chips but by the time I went up to fill my plate the bowl was empty as was the sour cream and salsa. The servers were great at setting down refills of the meats and rice, they were also great clearing away the dirty plates. Our team then went to play bowling which was lots of fun and then did some arcade games till it was time to head out.

We were excited to try this place since it offered bowling, arcade games, and sit-down restaurants--all in one spot. We got a lane for five people and were looking forward to some friendly competition. However, as we arrived at our lane, we immediately noticed that the floor was sticky and the table hadn't been wiped down, which was a bit off-putting. About 15 minutes into our game, the kids got hungry, so I asked an employee where we could order food. He said that he would send someone to our lane to take our orders, but after 10 minutes, no one showed up. I then approached another employee who was delivering food to another lane and politely asked if he could take our order once he was done. He agreed, but another 10 minutes passed, and still--nothing. I had to remind him again at their computer station, and while he apologized and said he'd come by after placing an order, he never did. At that point, we only had five minutes left in our game, so we decided it wasn't worth the effort anymore. Instead of extending our bowling time, we left and went to Maggiano's for dinner. Overall, our experience was disappointing. While we were excited to try this place, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made it less enjoyable. If we decide to return in the future, we hope the service improves. In the meantime, management should ensure that lanes are properly cleaned and that staff follow through on customer requests.

This place is pretty fun. They have so many things you can do. Bowling, pool tables, arcade games, lazer tag, and a zip line. It is pricey but you can sign up online and get discounts so thats a plus. Service was something we had to hunt for and then wait and then hunt again but eventually we were able to get food orders in. So maybe eat before you go in. We also had to hunt down people to clean areas so we could use but in all fareness it was a very busy day. Bbq chicken my son enjoyed very much. The pizza my kids didn't care for it to much but it was fine for myself and a baby. I myself would not come back. But I can see the allure.

We walked over here from our hotel and were impressed by the set up! It's like Dave & Busters, but better. Tons of food and drink options. Service was great as well, our server even introduced me to a new tequila and made me the most delicious spicy margarita. When in Orlando, we'll definitely add this back to our list of spots to visit.

Went for a little date night with hubby! We had a sweet time, grabbed a quick bite and drinks then hit the bowling/arcade. The food was decent, the flatbread was delicious! We really enjoyed the queso fries as an appetizer. Our service was very friendly ! I loved that we were able to visit on a slower night we didn't have to wait to bowl or to sit and eat.

The rundown: if you're seeking a lively environment where the main event is lack of organization and expensive unmaintained products, then you've found the right place. The review: We decided to take our team to Main event, to try as a different type of entertainment gathering. They offered a lively environment with bowling. Contacting them, we were told they do not do lane reservations and only do walk in. Unfortunately it was regretful. We started out with overpriced drinks, which granted is to be expected from such a place. Then went to do bowling. This was a first sign that things were off - they have a LOT of lanes however you cannot simply go in to use them. If anyone is having a special dinner or food event then the lanes are kept open for whenever they finish. We were unable to do bowling. We saw lanes empty for the entire time we were there (around two hours). So we did the backup, and got arcade cards. As usual, these types of locations charge you fees to be able to get a card that utilizes their card system which is always a disappointment as the games are already overpriced. Several games were broken, including a photo booth where you were "charged" to get photos. But the team would not refund any credits so it became a waste. They also kept it open and others experienced same problem, so it started to seem almost tactical as a way to have people run down credits and need to purchase additional. We noticed they had pool tables and tabletop shuffle boards. After inquiring at the bar, it was $10/30 min (for each type). This seemed very steep for barb games but we decided to shuffleboard a go to give the team something different to do outside of overpriced video games. We learned the timer started as soon as the transaction was begun, and if items were not returned before the 30 min ended they would automatically charge your card again. Keep in mind the bar is not immediately next to the area with these tables. We go to play shuffleboard and find out that we were missing pieces to play. So we had to go back to the bar to get the right pieces. 5 minutes wasted of the 30 minutes. We kept a timer to not get charged an additional $10 and returned it before the 30 min were up. And the bar tenders requested tips for this. Overall, the experience felt like very blatant ways to nickel and dime patrons. I understand it costs a lot of money to run these types of businesses but some of the basics were missing (efficient operations, care to upkeep or maintain options for customers, guest service and employee concern). You're better off going to an actual bowling alley, or Dave & Buster's.

Main Event was just that......The Main Event! Took our time, played a game, wished I'd taken more pictures but dare I say it was enjoying myself too much. Their team was very welcoming, food was yummy and wished I'd taken pictures of the soda bar. They have bowling, pool tables and an arcade. Fun for everyone. Fun times!!!

I've come to this spot various times with friends and family and I always find it funny that I have different reviews every time. Again Great area to have a nice day outing filled with entertainment , food, drinks , and Just a good time. Area is located in pointe Orlando , so it is surround by multiple franchises and restaurants. More specifically , located right under the regal cinemas. Service was great once again and he took care of us much faster than anticipated. Crowd was decent for the Thursday night outing, but definitely would like to come back again. They have plenty of things to do and great place to check out and enjoy!

Went on a Saturday morning and it was so fun. We got a one hour playing card. My kids- ranging from ages 4-16 had a blast. I definitely suggest going early because as we were leaving it was busier. We also went for a birthday party and it was a bit crazier. Now the food was so delicious and not expensive at all. We went with 7 kids and 4 adults and only spent $120. They have these bundles that include different food options. One of our kids also has to navigate his meal due to a health issue and we were able to find something suitable. Kids ate so fast that I couldn't get good pics lol the Brussels sprouts, friend pickles and buffalo tender sandwich was our fave. Drinks were delicious and not too over priced. There is so much to do. It is definitely a great place for families. I saw some what I assume are dads sitting at the bar while their kids played. We will definitely be going back soon

I was taking my little brother to Roboland, but found out they don't open until later in the afternoon. I stumbled upon this arcade, and we went in here to kill some time. It ended up being way more fun than Roboland. My boyfriend, brother, and I had a great time! It is an arcade, so be prepared for kids and noise. This is comparable to Dave and Busters. They had a lot of the same games, and it wasn't super busy. I didn't eat anything there, so I can't speak to the food.

For example, the top of the bar is actually a time line of the history of video games...something to take in while you're throwing back a few adult beverages. Assuming that you're looking to drink a bit, they have an outstanding collection of craft beer, and of course, they have the obligatory "80s themed" cocktails. I haven't quite figured out the food menu. But hey, P1VGB is not really, I don't think, that kind of place. GAMES? They have an excellent selection of old school vids. And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

So Andrettis is an indoor karting, laser tag, and game room located right next to the Convention Center on International Drive. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

The issue wasn't simply that my meal was prepared incorrectly--it was how management handled the situation. I ordered salmon that arrived significantly undercooked. When I sent it back, our server handled the situation professionally and was both courteous and apologetic. However, from our table I observed the manager, Dalton, visibly berating the server while pointing toward us instead of focusing on resolving the issue. No employee should be treated that way for bringing a customer concern to management. When my mother spoke with him directly, rather than acknowledging the problem, he insisted the salmon was properly cooked and suggested the issue was that we hadn't specified how it should be prepared. Salmon should be cooked to a safe temperature unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, and the photos speak for themselves. What should have been a simple correction became an unnecessary argument. Good managers de-escalate situations, support their staff, and prioritize guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. To make matters worse, we never received the Power Card promotion that was supposed to come with the meal. The one bright spot was our waitress, who remained friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right despite the circumstances. She deserved far better support from management than what we witnessed. A restaurant can recover from a kitchen mistake. It's much harder to recover from poor leadership and a refusal to take accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!
